            Job Abandonment { 8 months overdue/No Response in months} Project withAll Shade Solutions -*** ****** 4 key elements in regard to the back of my home. exterior deck areas providing 8 roll down Hurricane rated shutters attached,Renaissance decorative roof structure- discussed job timeline to start late February and finish March. I will state that the work completed up to the 85% that I am currently sitting at is of high quality and represents what I hoped for upon initiation of the project to be completed no later than April 2024. I believe BBB exist to protect consumers from the following intentional negligence in regard to the management of my project. > constantly asking for project money with the statement it will get them onsite with product next week, then No contact from *** would make us wait for weeks.>project required a lift that damaged my pool deck easily avoidable =my cost $ ******* >2 of the 8 shutters immediately failed & are under 12 month warranty =Allshade would not come to resync shutters=I had to hire a different company to come prior to Hurricane ****** /****** >left there work-sight debris on property including 6 large sheets plywood and several 20' metal pieces which I asked to remove prior to ***** ****** they No showed+ had to pay junk haulers$250 >withholding my property an awning required to finish 1st floor ceiling (original scope of work)>in addition to pool deck repair/ I'm hiring a contractor to finish there work amount > *** will not provide receipts > hiring a metal worker to build a metal sleeve to protect upper roof area (part of original scope)=$ 500 Our home had 100% access at all times for there work, I attempted 0ver 100 calls or ************* unanswered with no response.Desperate for response I used different people phones and *** immediately- would answer.I Trusted *********** imagined the level of evasiveness to finish such a High-quality -project the projected total cost of $50,000 - more supportive info available
