THE WORST. DO NOT USE. I ordered two cabinets from ******** in October. Its now December 26th and they still havent been delivered. They keep setting delivery dates and then the time comes and the cabinets dont arrive. Tracking will show they are returning back to the warehouse a state away each time. Ive emailed, called, chatted, you name it, and cant get any clear answers on why they arent being delivered. Their customer ********************** is awful. I dont see how this company is still in business.Review from Eileen E

Ryder was hired by *********************** in ***** to deliver our newly purchased bedroom. Ryder delivered the set on Nov 9. There were 3 men who came on the truck. One person came in to start moving our mattress and box frames. We warned him that it was very heavy for one person. He lost his balance and stepped on the box frame and broke a slat. Our mattress is currently placed on this damaged box frame. Ryder is negligent and has not contacted us to initiate ordering new box frames. NFM should not use Ryder due to unprofessional follow-thru.Review from Douglas B

Zero Stars if possible... we lease 19 tractors from Ryder under their Full Service Truck and Service Lease. Our spend with Ryder is over $60,000 a month which according to their presentation "RATE INCLUDES ALL MAINTENANCE (including roadside service)." Further their lease states, "SERVICES THAT RYDER PROVIDES.A. Maintenance and Repairs to Vehicle. For each Vehicle, Ryder will provide lubricants, tires, tubes, and all other operating supplies, perform all maintenance and repairs, and supply all labor and parts required to keep the Vehicle in service."So when one of our tractors would not start we called Ryder for roadside service. They came out, jumpstarted the tractor. Subsequently, we had to take the tractor in for service and because we had to jump it. Further, Ryder had to jumpstart the truck when we went to pick it back up. Nonetheless, Ryder sent us a bill for $1208.80 for the initial jump start and debited our bank account. Their VP of Sales, *** *** stated, "...the assessment by the tech and his operations manager is power drain to battery from something was left on in truck after it arrived at the breakdown location." Notice the choice of words - assessment - not diagnosis because we have on camera that the technician did not do a diagnosis when he arrived, as he had just had a vasectomy - he just jumped it and left (less than 15 minutes on site. Mr. *** further stated since it was a Sunday when they receive the call, "As that is a non-operating day/hour for the location, we have an automatic 4 hour call out fee." We were billed at $240/hr plus $100.80 for waste and disposal as part of every bill they send. No supplies and no parts... 3 hours of service and 1.2 hours to drive 10 miles to the breakdown location & 10 miles back to the shop. That imputes an average speed of 16MPH. So, $288.00 to drive to the location and back, $720 for the jump, and $100.80 for waste. Of course this is in addition to the fee we pay for a Full Service Lease. ******?Review from Jibby O

I took the day off work and kept my children home to accommodate my delivery from Ryder out of *********. The drivers arrived early and had not called ahead, which I mentioned when they showed up. Then, the one driver that looked especially unhinged started yelling at me, saying I was wrong and telling me to calm down. When I pulled up my phone to show them the email, he accused me of recording him. Then they laughed about the fact they were scaring my children. They then said they were leaving and blaming "customer not ready". I'm beefing up my home security and looking into options for legal protection.Review from Tana A

The most disorganized delivery service! I am still waiting for a delivery that they have had for over two weeks. They continue to reschedule and now won't answer the phone. Don't ever use them or a business that uses them!Review from michael B

think twice before accepting employment from them. I was employed with them as a commercial driver for 11 yrs, and in that time i had to call HR a few times on management regarding policies or treatment towards employees. So by doing that, they looked at me as a whisleblower and i had a target on my back.They terminated wrongfully, as stated by the unemployment investigators from the DWD of indiana. Consider another trucking company before you accept an offer from this companyRyder System, Inc. Response

Zero stars these people are deceptive and predatory they will harm you. Please do not buy a truck from these people. Run as fast as you can they will tell you the truck is ready to go Ryder certified current good dot clean inspection and they will tell you that the vehicle has not been in any accidents when it has. Two vehicles I purchased both in serious accidents and told me both times no accident. Frame damages def boxes they tried to weld back together you name it omg they shut my business down for almost two years run.Ryder System, Inc. Response

0 STARS!! Worst company to use for moving out of state, you couldn't pay me to use these people again. This company will give you a great quote to get your deposit (that is nonrefundable) and then you will end up paying 2 or 3x the amount of the original quote. They and the actual moving company that ends up coming to your house will ONLY take cash even though the contract states you can pay upon pickup with a credit card and a fee. The moving company they used and that came to my house was a joke. They sent a company with a guy that doesn't explain anything and then tells you to sign the "updated" fees after they are already halfway loaded up with your stuff. The ******* was a very intimidating Russian who didn't explain anything, makes you feel very uncomfortable and tells you they only accept cash. Once you call the company he works for they tell you that they do accept a card with a fee then basically call you a liar because they believe their ****** over you and a witness to him claiming that they won't take a credit card and only cash. You will save money if you sell your stuff and start all over instead of using this company. The customer ********************** agent with the actual moving company told me "if they quote you the actual price of the job then no one would use their services". They know what they are doing and that they are taking advantage of people by giving them an original low quote when they actually know it will cost you WAY more money. Worst experience ever!!! Ryder on Hialeah fl on 54st worked they don't want to work. We have over 20truck with the Ryder - The lady in charge of having the truck service treat me like really bad Just because I came to replace four tiresAt 1pm I told her that we had three more truck to replace all those tires and she got mad and told me not to bring them here De-mare-co-lonRyder System, Inc.
