            I noticed a charge in the amount of $45 USD on my credit card statement from SFPHLP.com. When I looked them up online I found multiple complaints from people who said they received monthly charges from them even though they'd never even heard of the company. I looked into it and had a charge from them every month going back 6+ months. I called my bank to report the fraud and cancelled my credit card. If you see a charge on your bank statements under SFPHLP call your bank.

            my bank (chase) alerted me to possible fraud on sunday 11-19-23 because sfphlp.com charged my credit card ending in ***** for $45. i never made this charge and have no idea what it's about. i told chase this and they'll not pay the charge, issue a new card and disable my ***** card.i looked up sfphlp.com online and called their number ************. ******* answered. it was hard for me to understand her because of her accent. i gave her my name and the last four of my card. she asked for my e-mil. i said my name and card should be enough to look up any info they had about me and why they charged me. she sounded upset and said their protocol required my e-mail. this went on for awhile. i asked to speak with a supervisor. that upset her more and she said there was nothing more she could do for me. surely my name and card number is enough. i did not want to give any more info for fear that they might already have too much info if they're charging my card without authorization from me.

            09/28/2023 - $45.00 - Attempted charged by website SVSUPT.COM (Dba: Alien Warriors LLC) - I have had zero contact with either company and have never agreed to any service or good provided by said companies. But was charged the listed amount at 6am. Bank flagged it, now my card is frozen and will need to be replaced.

They do not refund charge and tell me they *** see charge. I want a refund asap. I did not authorize this charge and have not subscribed to any membership.

            This business (along with 2 others), somehow, got hold of my debit card and bank account information and has proceeded to debit my account once a month for approx $60 CAD each time. The other two companies were able to be contacted via email and refunded all the charges over the last several months. This company has not and when you go on their website (svsupt.com) their live chat does not work, and there is no email address to contact. Just a form and phone number. All the companies including this one have sketchy sites that pretend to be customer service sites. The charges on my account are listed as POS PURCHASE SVSUPT.COM for $45USD on May 29, 2023 and June 26, 2023. These are not something I have subscribed to, nor purchased from.

            On 06/23/2023, I received several charges on card statements from multiple dot companies. The first unauthorized charge was from TPWFDG.com for $ *****, then VSNRSFLV.com for $ *****, YRWHXD.com for $ ***** and more recently SFPHLP.com for $ *****. I did not sign up, nor did I authorize any monthly payments. What I find interesting is that when researching and questioning customer service, there isn't any information available for these dot companies companies. The customer service states that their only responsibility is customer, and there isn't any information about memberships or subscriptions. I find that odd since they're willfully deducting monies from accounts. My first step was to report the information to the BBB. My next step will be to report the fraud to the federal authorities, as I believe to be cyber crimes. I say this as I believe these companies are under one parent company, each deducting more funds than the last. I encourage all to follow suit by reporting to the federal authorities. I am canceling my card and getting a new number to prevent this company from further unauthorized charges. *** PLEASE NOTE that the dot companies asked for the first 6 digits of my card to process the refund with the last requesting the last four to six digits of my card. All they have to do is rapidly search for the numbers to all cards. And before you know it! they have access to all of our monies.Beware!!!!
