Company is ****ing ****************** for fraudulently ordered supplies. They make calls to elderly consumers, pretend that they know the medical conditions of consumers, then even when told no to any medical equipment being sent, they do not send any equipment but still **** ********* I have five charges this month on a ******** statement. I dont know how to stop the phone calls but the business needs to stop these fraudulent practices.it causes angst for the consumer and more work for the ********* of *********Review from Jerry Smith

My experience was the same as ******* had, unsolicited phone call except they had my ******** number as well as my name, address, birthdate. The caller was difficult to understand. I'm new to ******** too so when the caller asked my permission to send the free supplies I agreed. The caller stated that a doctor would call to explain how to use the equipment. apparently, they had access to my medical history because they knew I had been treated for lower back pain and knee surgery. I contacted ********, explained the situation and they said if I received a package not to open it and return it except there is not an address for returning it.Omnimed billed ******** and they paid over ******** plus ****** for a called I never received.I was told the ******** fraud department would contact me but not yet.Review from Caralee C

I received a phone call, unsolicited, where they said this was a free benefit of my Medicare insurance. They had my full name, address and correct birthdate. They did not ask for any personal information, other than my permission to send the supplies. Since I’m new to Medicare I agreed. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, they are now requesting my insurance information for billing. Since I see this is a scam I won’t do anything further.Review from Court G

This company sends unwanted / unrequested "free medical supplies" to ******** customers, hoping that the customer will then fill out the necessary forms so that they can bill the insurance company for the supplies. Extremely shady practices here.Review from Ann M J

I called two times and spoke to a representative who said they would send me a postage prepaid shipping label for my return. I never ordered anything from this company and never received the shipping label!!! One of my concerns is that they will find out my insurance information and bill the companies and then bill me for any amount remaining after insurance payments.
