I explained to them that I wanted to have a cook-top and an electrical outlet installed. When the electrician arrived he informed me that they do not install appliances and that installing an the electrical outlet would cost $650 (should cost half that). I declined and they charged me $90 for the appointment. I had used them twice before and thought they were ****** expensive but did a good job. I won't ever use them again.Review from Brian W.

Kings Electric took advantage of my elderly mother. They fraudulently created an invoice and forced her to pay it in order to close on her house. She is taking them to the highest court and sparing no expense to expose them. Social media has been great in helping expose them especially ******. ***** left exposed wires in her addic which fortunately an inspector found twice. **** knew my elderly mom couldn't crawl in her addic to check so they tried to scam her. We had to pay another company to complete Kings Electrics work and the owner allows this. So we want the entire **************** to know to beware and read all their horrible reviewsReview from AnnMarie B.

I called Kings because of the A+ rating. First time I used them, the technician was fabulous. He did a whole lot of work in one day and I found the bill to be in line with what he had to do. Therefore, when I moved several months later, I called them again. This time he had more than half of the work to be done but the bill was much higher which I couldn’t believe. They came, started the job, said they be back the next day to finish. Next day comes, nobody shows. They had an emergency. They came a few days later. Still didn’t finish the job. Said they be back the next day. Finally after about a week and half they called for payment. Told them job still wasn’t completed so they came again. All they had to do was install 3 lights and put under the counter lights in the kitchen nothing major. Well job done finally and they wanted their money right then. I told them since it took so long, I had other expenses and wouldn’t have the money until next week. They said it was unacceptable. They did the job and wanted the money. I said unacceptable and since I was treated like a second class citizen they could wait and I wasn’t given them a good review with the BBB. And yes, the lady in the office got real nasty with me also. Never will use them again or refer them to anyone.
