            Last August 2021 Altantic Pressure cleaning and painting owned by ***********************, painted my house, he handed me a swatch book for the colors and told me to choose a color, I had the house painted light blue, Come one year later code enforcement for the ********************* told me the color blue is illegal and house pained in ************* must be approved by city before painting. This company has been painting houses in ************* for 30 years never mentioned it needed to be approved now my house needs to be repainted and he refuses to paint it over saying it's fine.Below is the link to Rules and regulation for *************:https://www.************.gov/Government/Departments/Community-Development/Property-Guidelines/Paint-Color It even states all shades of blue are not permitted,I paid $2,000 to have house painted and now need it painted again by Oct,28, he has refused to give me a time frame when he can repaint the house, telling me if it's a issue find some one else, I have the text message stating it,I feel since he been painting for 30 years he should have knew about the rules on regulations, instead he states the color blue is fine and been painting blue houses for years in *************.I have uploaded photos of before and after of the house

            Hi Brea. My brother and I have been painting in Broward and Palm Beach county since 1986 and have never had a complaint with BBB. My brother was taught the business by Everflow painting and the owner advised my brother never pick out colors for your customers. It will only serve as a liability. Even when homes are located in an HOA , we have never gotten involved with any HOA or city in selection of colors.
            This customer stated money is a problem and could I help. I suggested they pick a color as close as possible to existing for the three sides of the house and we could get the city satisfied for a nominal amount. This wasnt acceptable to them. 
            It is very strange that code enforcement cited them a year after completion.
