    As an owner of a property managed by Benchmark, I'm incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer service that is provided. I have been an owner for two years, and consistently when I have contacted customer service, the agents have been rude and transferred the call before the question can be asked. Calls that are transferred are never answered by a live agent and residents must leave voicemail or send the inquiry via email. Voicemails and emails are rarely returned. It takes weeks and intervention by the community board to get answers to inquiries. I have been attempting to get an update on a critical item for three weeks. Today, I called three times. All three times, I was cutoff by the agent and transferred to a voicemail. I have left messages, and sent emails over the past three weeks, and the status continues to be outstanding. I have attempted to find an escalation path with the property manager, who also never returns calls and/or executives within the company to no avail. My only recourse is to provide feedback to the BBB about the customer experience with the desire that this company will work toward improving.

    The Benchmark Properties is the worst! We paid $500 for a pool to be heated during spring break and pool was disgusting and had to be drained and refilled with 3 days remaining and we only received a partial refund! The pool was never heated! Just clean like we expected during the whole stay not just the last 3 days (oh and there were a bunch of chemicals put in of course so we couldn't swim at all!)

    Zero stars. I have watched my property go completely downhill, they refuse to give me certain documents (what are they hiding?) and they sick the mad dog attorney after you when you ask questions of others that they refuse to answer. IMHO, they are hands down the worst C.A.M office ever and for the life of me, I can't understand how any community hires them. I believe only ignorant or unethical boards would hire this company, imho. The **************** should pull their license so they can't hurt more unit owners. They are rude, will charge unsupported late fees, will not give you financial records that the state entitles you to and will work to recruit very unethical board members and keep the honest owners from getting on boards.

    Well, yet another bad review for this company for the way they treat property owners. This is an example of a business that is just collecting funds without doing their job. I cannot wait to get on the board and fire this property management company for lack of respect to property owners. I am calling out *******************************, LCAM by name to see if something can be done for being extremely rude and not cooperative when asking simple questions about maintenance that needs to be done on the outer side of the unit I just purchased. First of all, he was late to our meeting and unapologetic, second, he was rude when asking simple questions about a misunderstanding I had because he hadn't provided me with the proper documents for me to go over. ******************************* is rude, incompetent, and a liability to any association as the guy can barely walk anywhere because of his overweight condition. He should not have a job where he is supposed to walk around and checking the perimeter of property as he look unfit to do that. He can drop-dead any minute in this extreme heat in South *******. It's unbelievable

    Super unprofessional company that is doing the bare minimum (sometimes less) than they have to. We had to call/message them to get the checkin code and instructions. They insisted on messaging ** outside of Airbnb which shouldnt be the case. When we arrived we called to ask if we could checkin an hour early when we got there. Not a big deal but thought we would ask. They said it would be a 69$ charge. Ok, cool. We didnt do that. Proceeded to checkin and there were no instructions about anything other than the checkout process. They did leave some rubber wrist bands laying on the counter presumably for **. No explanation for those. Needed to make some drinks after our long drive in. 2 ice cube trays in the freezer were both empty. So, no drinks for **. Realized they left 1 roll of TP in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for our 7-night stay. Not good enough when we are spending over 2k. Tried to make some toast the first morning. The toaster didnt work. There was another one hidden away in one of the cabinets. The wifi was unusable so no wifi for our phones and the smart TVs were really slow and mostly unusable because of that. We read the other reviews and knew it was a dated condo. Which it was and that really wasnt an issue. We made the best of it since we had no choice. We were trying to overlook all of the little things that were adding up because we were on vacation and wanted to enjoy the trip. However, a day after we got back, we received a call from Benchmark regarding 4 missing wrist bands. Basically, accused ** of stealing them. Again, no explanation was given from the beginning on what these were for. The so called manager from Benchmark called using her personal cell stating we were going to get charged 100$ for these wrist bands. As you can see, there were numerous issues throughout the entire trip. Benchmark was highly unprofessional and downright rude when calling about the wristbands.

    This review is not about our company.  We have no dealings with AirBNB.  There are several Benchmark's in the State and this must be about another one.  We do not manage individual properties and/or units.  We do not manage rentals at all.  Please take this down and post it about the correct "Benchmark".

    Giving a One Star like everybody else because there is "No Star ******* ************* ever. Don't care about their homeowners and clients at all. Never respond to phone calls or emails. The owner *********************** is worst than all his employees and now I understand why the company is so poorly run. But if you ever run into a problem with this company; you can reach out to *********************** at his cell number ********** and maybe he will do something to try to save his company. If you are a property owner or your association is managed by this company; STAY AWAY FROM IT. You will be sorry you ever made business with this company.

    I am buying a personal property currently and Benchmark are the property managers. I have experienced rudeness over the phone, email, and in person throughout the entire process as well as experienced delays on financial information and approval.I am closing this week and JUST NOW an issue comes with with insurance due to their negligence. I expect there to be a delay on remedying this as well. I don't leave reviews like this unless something needs to be fixed. This company either needs new management, to fire their rude and negligent staff, or be put completely out of business. There is no excuse for their lack of care for the community they so call "serve". Bad look benchmark...
