    We had spoke to the guest and her charges were legit and she did purchase the food with her own card.  Our site was offline when she came, when the site went back on line she was charged for her visits when she bought food from us.  No refund is warranted because she actually bought the food with her card. we had explained this to her in depth. I hope this clarifies any confusion

    She had used apple pay when she made the purchases at the Wendy's. Her card was not hacked.  She used her own card on her phone when she made the charges at Wendys

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I was informed by the manager of this Wendys location that the charges on my card could have been made 60 days prior. The manager was unable to tell me the exact time and date that I made the purchases I was charged multiple times back to back on The same date at which I had not visited the location for weeks, which led me to believe my card was hacked only to tell me that their systems were down periodically and while we were in the month of September, I may have occurred charges from July. I believe it is the responsibility of this establishment to tell me which times and dates I visited their restaurant to make these charges. They said they were unable to do that. I do not find it fair to be charged 60 days after making a purchase. I do not see how that is a proper business practice, then not to be told the time and date of the purchase seems unethical

    All of these charges were issued the same day. They were posted to my account without pending. I called ******* right away to report fraud. I also contacted Wendys. Wendys manager was the one who informed me that the charges may have been from over 60 days ago. The manager was not able to provide me with the time and dates that I visited the location only assuring me that at some point within the last few months I had been to the location

    The transactions were made by her and she received the food.  No refund is warranted.  She can go through her back if she believes there was fraud

    it is unlawful to charge someone 60 days past the point of purchase and that is exactly what Wendys has done, which is against the law and I hope the Better Business Bureau investigates stuff because it is against the law

    I have not visited Wendys since this incident yesterday after corresponding back with the BBB Wendys once again tried to charge my card from purchases that were made over *********************************************************** with two separate transactions

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    when a customer purchases something 60 days prior and the business charges them after that 60 days the law states It is unlawful and not legal. I am asking the Better Business Bureau to investigate this company and these illegal business practices. I understand the company had issues with their payment processing machines specifically using Apple Pay and cash app were not working for multiple months.

    I went to Wendy's located at *************************************************************** on June 24th 2022 at 4:10 pm. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 ****** doubles with no lettuce and no tomato a baconator double and a Jr ************* Upon getting home and opening our food I find the bottom of my burger bun had a bite taken out of it. When I drove back to the Wendy's and shown the burger the response I get from the manager is " Oh yeah that is my fault the bun machine did it" ARE YOU KIDDING ME A BUN MACHINE TOOK A BITE FROM MY BURGER.

    I spoke with *********************** this morning.  I explained to her that the sandwich should have not been served.  After watching cameras, the bun was damaged when it went through the toaster.  The bun should have been discarded and we should have used a new bun.  I explained to her that we have an open kitchen and there was no chance the employee ate some of the sandwich and handed it out.  Also, on the night of the incident she did receive a full refund on her order.  We have conducted training at the store since this incident on sandwich procedure.
