I ordered a water pump for a 2014 335i that I was originally told would ship out on 10 Jan. Today is 28 March and despite repeated attempts to find out where the pump Ive paid for is I keep getting the run around some three and half months after it was supposed to ship out. Ive written multiple emails that have gone unanswered and called and spoke to **** who promised he would follow up same day after some load dock excuse which hasnt yet happened despite it now being 3 days later. Do not shop with USP Motorsports. I can provide email correspondence to back this up that substantiates this and a date time stamp on the recorded call they have with the conversation where I was made the promise. I even sent two separate emails letting them know of my concerns and that I would share this experience if I failed to get a response which I can also provide. Both went unanswered. I understand a back order situation but failing to follow up and then just ghosting your customer isnt cool.Review from Jeff G.

I was offerd free shipping that falls in line with there terms of service witch state continental US free shipping. Two days later they want me to pay $450 for shipping to Alaska. I made my decision to purchase with them based off of this fact. When I refused to be strong armed into paying for a free service they canceled my order saying that now it's too big to ship because I brought up the fact that Alaska is part of the continental US. This was not an issue before! My experience with there costumer service was very negative.
