  On 16 Sept 22, I signed a contract and paid a deposit of $1700 with PDS Fencing after speaking to Ms ******** ******* about erecting a partial fence on the right side of my house and two 5 ft gates to allow entry on both side of my back yard. The date we initially agreed upon was Thursday, 22 Sept @0900. The date arrived and no one showed. I contacted Ms ******* to inquire about their ETA. According to Ms *******, her workers couldn’t get all of the supplies that day so they would need to reschedule. I informed her that I had taken the day off for this install, so wanted to know when was her next availability. She said I didn’t need to be home for the install. She said she would move a customer to another day and fit me in the following Monday, 26 Sept. When they arrived the following Monday, I was home for a couple of hours. I was told by her workers, that they was really just a prepping for the next day. So i walked my yard with the main guy, asked my questions, showed him where to connect the fence to the adjoining fence and stated i wanted my fence flush to the ground before leaving. The next day, while i was at work her guys installed the fence and 2 gates. I was contacted by Ms ******* to stated my fence install was complete and she wanted the final payment of $1798. Everything was paid in full before i returned home. When i arrived home, i immediately did not like how neither of the gates were flush with the rest of the fence. They were placed higher then the rest of the fence plus there were more than normal gaps between the gates and the fences. Since then, i have requested their return to fix my fence 5 times already and it still looks jacked up. I’ve since gotten 2 estimates to fix my fence. Both companies stated 2 post need to be reset because they are not high enough. The price quoted is between $750-$798. Ive requested Ms ******* to send her workers to fix the issue or refund me $750 for someone else to fix my fence. To date, she has not responde
