We hired *********************** with Perfectly Clear Pools to put in a pool at our home on Aug. 3, 2021. It is now August 30, 2022, and our pool is still not complete. He said our pool would be done in 6 months; we are 27 days over a year still no pool. People have built whole houses in this time! He has received all of the money except $2,618.75, the last 5%. ***** has zero communication skills; he rarely answers any phone calls or text messages. His workers may show up 1-2 days a week for 1-2 hours a day and the quality of work is way below average to say the least. There have been times where they haven't shown up at all for 1-2 weeks. The deck that was poured has so many low spots and fills with rain, the tile has been in my yard since Jan 3 it is still not done. The texture on the deck was not sprayed in several places. There are huge cracks all over the deck and sidewalk he poured, no stress joints were ever cut in the deck. He stole the paint from our yard to paint another client's deck and still owed us another coat of paint. There is concrete all over the bottom of my white house. There are huge gaps in ************* around the spa where it doesn't meet up properly and cracked stones were placed on the spa. The steps to the porch have huge humps on the sides and the trim around the edge of the pool where the concrete meets the waterline tile is messed up and all uneven where the forms were not put on right. There are several other families who have hired him to do their pools and gotten to this stage and he has abandoned the project and left them to find other people to pay to finish their pools. This is not honest and not good business. It is so wrong for *********************** to do this to his clients he is rude and unprofessional and at this stage he desires to be fired so he no longer has to put money into the project so he intentionally does bad work. It will take us paying another contractor at least 20K more to finish this pool. Very sad.
