  I had *****'s Sanitation come in to do the inrb septic conversion and they pulled a permit and an amended permit. They put in a drain field and a septic tank but did not hook it up and they filed a permit starting that they would fill in the old tank and hook up the new system. My house on the inside is starting to smell bad daily. They did not do their part of the permit. They did not finish and I need this finished. They got the ***** government ***** and they are taking $50.00 a month from me as payment. I got a system unhooked. I got smells in my home because they did not fill the old tank in with concrete and they have not hooked up the plumbing for me new system. I have called a lot and they won't give me any answers as to when they are finishing. They started this project in June or July 2023. I have holes in my yard a smelly house and a tank that is not being used.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  My monthly payments are only at $50.00 a month. The original amount was $100.00 but I asked you all if $50.00 a month was ok and I been paying $50.00 since the begining. As of 1/17/24 there has been no change in my system nothing is hooked up, there is a hole in my yard, and my old tank is in use still. I'm hoping you all will finish this job for me. I have been faithfully making my $50.00 a month payments to you on my account.

  I did hear you all did file for a permit as of 1/16/24 so I have to say Thanks!!!!! I want you all to accept [again] and acknowledge that my payments are $50.00 a month to you.  I am also asking you to not file the lien on my name there is no reason for it. I am faithfully paying you and will continue to till this balance is paid off. Please refrain from having ******* call me again. She is totally unprofessional and the things she said to me I cannot repeat on here due to it being rated R. Have a great day
