    I made an order for 2 uniforms shirts since 8/16/2022. I have received no response to the status of these shirts. The worst part they made sure to be the only place the uniforms can be purchased since the school badge for my daughter school can only be given by them. I am forced to use 1 good school shirt from last year because I am forced to wait. At this very moment I am 2hrs and 23 minutes and counting on hold waiting to speak to someone. I cant even reach them for a refund which I cant even get because I still need the uniform. I am more than disappointed in this company.

    Hello!  Order number 240005/176018, dated August 16, 2022, for two polo shirts, for ***************************.  One polo shirt shipped on August 29th and the other polo shirt shipped out on September 19th.  ********* shipment shows delivered via the tracking number. 

     

    Additionally, our customer service states that ************** stated that she would remove the bad review on BBB, and that we had resolved the issues with the one backordered polo shirt.

    I ordered 4 school polos (size Large, in teal) in July 2022 from iUniforms. I was ordering new polos because my son had grown from the size Mediums he had been wearing. Those polos were a 50/50 Cotton/Poly blend, meaning they did not shrink much at all. The website for iUniforms listed these polos as also being a Cotton/Poly blend. We felt comfortable ordering one size larger as a result. We washed the new polos when they arrived, only to find they were in fact 100% cotton, contrary to what was advertised. The shirts were smaller than the Medium's I intended to replace. I called iUniforms and spoke to customer service about this specific issue. I was told we could send these back, which I did in mid-August and at my own shipping cost. As part of returning these polos I included a note referencing this same situation I discussed on the phone with their customer service rep, and the image of the erroneous information on their ordering website. Six weeks later (9/14/22), a box from iUniforms arrived at my home with the four original shirts I sent back to them. In it was an additional adult sweatshirt from another school I did not order (nor was charged for). I received a shipping email saying they were not sellable garments because the tags had been removed and washed. This situation would not have occurred had the product sold been accurately described, and that burden should fall on the business. All I would like is to exchange these shirts for 4 XLs. Being that iUniforms erroneously sent me an adult sweatshirt and didn't even realize it, I suspect sending a few shirts to a customer who has been wronged is not that big of a deal. Alternatively, if they wish to issue me a refund and I purchase 4 XLs from them, that is an acceptable outcome too.
