    I am writing to inform you that the balcony railing outside my apartment is loose and poses a serious safety hazard. Additionally, there is mold growing in my bathroom and air conditioning unit that is making my living conditions unlivable.The loose balcony railing has caused me to feel uneasy about using the balcony, as it appears to be coming off the wall. I have witnessed the railing shaking with just the slightest touch. I am concerned that this is a safety hazard for me and anyone else who may use the balcony.The mold in my bathroom has become a serious issue as well. I have attempted to clean it multiple times, but it continues to grow back. This mold is not only unsightly, but it also poses health risks.I request that you take action immediately to address both the loose balcony railing and mold. I would appreciate repairs to the balcony railing and mold remediation in my apartment as soon as possible.

    My Mom passed away on July 17, 2020 in *************. I am responsible for paying the condominium fees for her apartment. This condominium is managed by Akram Properties in *************. *************************** Managing Director ************ | *************** **** | www.****.com | Great Place to Work-Certified260 **************, 12th FL, ***************** I informed them of my Moms passing and provided my information. They are terrible communicators and threatened with legal action if I did not pay for evaluations of the common areas and roof. Not quite sure as I did not receive a notice these charges were coming. I paid only because of what I perceived were threats. I asked ************** for a breakdown and all correspondence from when I had to take over payment. I did receive a cost summary but no explanation. I honestly feel they disregard me because I dont live in the building. Furthermore, the apartment is in probate.I do not receive any communications and this is wrong on all levels. Unfortunately **** was sadly chosen by the Board, however the many complaints about their services.I am asking for a full accounting of costs incurred by them and copies of complete correspondence. I dont want to be blindsided. I am also a bit concerned they may try to retaliate against me for complaining. Thank you.Victoria *******************************
