    Went into this facility asked for a certain design which the artist assured me they were capable of recreating. After asking for a simple request the artist did not want to assist me and when I expressed that I didn’t like the design that I jus wanted it colored plain they went ahead and removed the entire nail polish and left me with unfinished nails and were asking of me to leave. The frustration I experienced in this nail salon brought me to tears as I had things to do and it was my birthday and I just wanted my nails done. Even after breaking down to tears they were making excuses to not help me and even told me that they didn’t want or need me as a customer because I asked for a simple request. Nobody wanted to help me and not only that the acrylic nails they left unpainted and undone started breaking off the next day. & I asked for an eyebrow wax and was left with burns all over my eye lids. This has been the worst experience I have even been through in a nail salon and it made me feel terrible. I will never go back to this placed as that is what they asked from me and I hope this review can help prevent someone else from going through what I went through

    On 11/16/23, you had walked in without an appointment and requested a specific technician. He happens to be available and took care of you. During the service when he completed the nails, you asked for a specific designs, which the technician you had requested told you he could not do that design had to ask another technician to do the designs. He never once asked you to leave or refused to service you. Then you told her, you didn’t like the color that you selected so the technician then took it off and re polished another color. The original technician told you he will not charge for the nails. You only paid for the eye brows and polished, (Color was selected by you) 

    The original  technician service: 

    Fill with Long nails (did not charge you) services completed. 

    Pedicure completed was paid.

    Charge $30 ( Remove and re polish a different color. 

    Waxing: $17

    Total time spent on the services was from 2:58pm to 8:19pm, that was over 5 hours spent. I believe if they did not want to service you, you would not have stayed that long. We closed at 7pm and the technician stayed to complete your nails. All receipts have a No Refund policy when service has been completed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Now they are lying about the way things happened. I did walk in and ask the technician if he can do the design and with certainty he said yes he can recreate. When he attempted to do the design i told him that is not the way it was pictured, the technician became so upset and even threw nail polish my way that almost hit me. I told him I didn’t want the design just my nail painted plain color, he asked if another person can do it but they were also working on a customer and after being there for 5 hours I didn’t have time to wait longer and he then began to remove the nail polish without explaining anything. When he removed it then asked me to walk to the register and leave. I literally had to beg and cry to have my nails just painted as if I wasn’t paying for the service which I was also charged for. The manager was also telling me to leave that they will not be helping me anymore. This was the worse experience I have ever been through and the fact I’m still discussing it and now they are adding lies as to how it happened is even more frustrating. I was there for 5 hours as i was also getting other services as the pedicure which added to my time there.
