Subject: Formal Complaint Against Big Time Air Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ************ regarding a recent experience with their air conditioning installation service that I believe warrants your attention.On 9/20/24, I hired Big Time Air to install a new air conditioning unit at my home. Unfortunately, the installation was handled poorly, with several significant issues left unresolved. The technicians appeared inexperienced, resulting in multiple mistakes that necessitated hiring another company to correct their work. This has not only caused me financial strain but has also led to considerable inconvenience.Additionally, I was threatened by a member of their team when I expressed my intention to leave an honest review about my experience. I was informed that if I posted a review, they would refuse to provide any further service. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.Given the circumstances, I am requesting your assistance in addressing this matter. I am seeking reimbursement for the costs incurred in hiring another company to fix the problems caused by *************Thank you for your attention to this matter. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! All the reviews that you see posted on ****** were created by fake accounts. He had another review I left deleted. I had to pay thousands of dollars to get their mickey ***** install job corrected. They don't pull permits because they know they would never pass. He has several unhappy clients who left honest 1 star reviews, but you can't see him because of the 5 star fake reviews he paid someone to create. During their amateur install they: did not level the *** there was no p-trap outside, we had to reinstall float switch and drain line because they were in the wrong spot, the condensation line was clogged, both refrig. lines not sealed, 3/8 copper refrig line kink to 1/2 its size, breaker on air handler not visible took cover off reinstalled breaker, he left open wires, and more. Worse of all he left a whole in my ceiling and tried to lie saying that it was there already. He threatened me and my business if I didn't delete my honest review. Sad excuse of a company. MY AC *** SAID IN HIS 35 YEARS OF WORKING IN THIS FIELD THIS IS THE WORST INSTALL HE'S EVER SEEN!!!Review from Neo V

Big Time Air Conditioning - 5 Stars!I couldnt be happier with the service from Big Time Air Conditioning! From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The technician who came to my home was courteous and took the time to explain the issue with my system, offering different solutions that fit my budget. The repair was done quickly, and my home is now cool and comfortable again!What I appreciated most was their attention to detail and their commitment to doing the job right the first time. They even followed up to make sure everything was working properly after the repair. Great customer service all around. I highly recommend Big Time Air Conditioning for anyone in need of fast, reliable, and honest **** services!
