I wish I read these reviews before purchasing, I purchased the Travel package and due to my daughter cat ( they knew from the beginning was ineligible ) could not fly as a SA but did not notify me before sending questionnaire, I assumed all was well. Company refused to refund partial of my money or exchange packages even though it says money back guarantee and in refund policy on mostly all packages. That's false advertisement! I don't mind paying for my *** but I shouldn't be charged for a SA or travel when *** is not eligible..even the representative admitted the website was misleading smh will be reporting to BBB and bank smh I hate to do this but businesses need to held accountableReview from Julia F

Terrible service! I couldn't get HOA form sent to the therapist for more than a week! They were unable to find my emails 3 times :D OMG people can't use email in 21 century

Paid for the 69.00 package over a month ago. I've been asking for my money back multiple times. "Supervisor" is either on lunch or not in everything I call. They have told me multiple times my refund is on the way and I have never received it. Never ever buy anything from here a complete ****.United Support Animals Response
