I recently had impact windows and doors installed, and I couldnt be happier with the results! The team was incredibly professional, completing the work on time and with great attention to detail. The quality of the product is excellent, and my home looks amazing and feels much more secure right now. Their customer service was outstanding, always responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them and will definitely reach out again for future projects!

****,I had an A/C installed 1/2024. In May the inside temperature was 86. I call the company and was told they would service. They have never showed up. Had the finance company call never got back to me. On 10/28/2024 the finance company did a conference call with ******* she said you're still under warranty, I'll call back with an appointment. Has never called back. Stay away from this company.BTNH Advisors LLC Response

After speaking with you last week, we offered a service appointment date, but it didnt fit your schedule since you were out of town. PROJECTS: REPLACE TILE ROOF & 13 **************** SLIDING GLASS DOOR: **** just completed replacing our 35-year-old TILE roof. It was a very labor-intensive project with removing the old tiles, repairing some wood damage, and installing new underlayment, new skylight, and new tiles. The roofing team was amazing, working every day until the job was done, including hauling away all the construction debris. They were hard workers and the ******* kept me informed of their progress. The city inspector had only minor comments and approved their work. In our area there are many tile roofing jobs underway, often with delays and disappointing results. *************** is the **** representative who sold us on this company. He assured me that his crew would not begin work until ALL materials were delivered, crews scheduled, and permits in order. His production team kept me informed every step of the way. I definitely recommend this company. The new custom sliding glass door and replacement windows are double paned and meet codes for energy efficiency and hurricane winds. Again, the **** window crew was organized, energetic, skilled and they met our expectations. We can definitely recommend **** based on the outcome of the work they did for us recently.BTNH Advisors LLC Response

They did a wonderful job fixing the water damage on the walls and ceiling caused by an issue with a pipe upstairs. Very professional, timely, and communicative every step of the way. I highly recommend them for their knowledge and quality of their work.BTNH Advisors LLC Response
