  We hired this company a year ago to build a pool for us, we payed them half of the total amount and we are barely at 25%percent completion. They keep dragging us with excuses, at some point they stopped communicating for 15 days, it is also very hard to get ahold of them. They keep telling us lies as of why they dont pour the concrete. The work performed is already deteriorating, they come check it out and send ua an email saying tomorrow that turns into next week. They seem to be doing a Ponzi scheme. There is a reasonable amount of time to complete any job. We have been asking other pool companies and they tell us 3-6 months max, we are past a year and they are not even half way done. We have been quoted that the amount of money spent right now is about 11k so we are requesting them to give us our 19k back so we can find another company to complete this pool. We are tired of their lies and lack of ethics, they dont care for this project. The workers that came to do the work left garbage all over, we had to request a safety net because they initially didnt put it and we have little kids at home. I have pictures, emails, texts, camera videos of all these allegations I can send via email because they are too large to upload here. We want our money back and to get out of contract with them.
