I was ready to buy a car here and finalize the deal. They say the bank approve me the car on a 12.% interest ,having a 734 credit score wish is a good credit. After i suspect something weird was happening i ask to see the approval document of the bank and they immediately tell me that doing that is illegal. I went in person to ask to a manager and sales manager was rude and hostile. ************************* started arguing and yelling Im from ******** bro in a threatening tone. At this point I saw him shaking. I think the bank approve the loan for less than 12% and they were trying to earn some extra points on the loan. This is the worst experience my family and I have ever dealt with. Avoid this place at all cost. They are not transparent and they will scam you.Review from Gail R

My experience at Weston Nissan was the worst and most unprofessional I have ever had with a dealership. I've been driving a Nissan for 13 years, and this was my first time with an electric car. I only knew what the sales guy, ****, told me about the carthat it saves on gas and can drive so many miles. ******** he lied and showed no compassion for customers.I got stranded in ****** with the Ariya around midnight because I couldn't find a charging outlet. As a woman with my daughter, it was a cold and traumatic experience. I was afraid and lost, and had to leave the country the next day. Despite texting the sales guy, he didn't respond with any concern. This car is so inconvenient; you're paying so much money just to drive it around the block. When I went to Weston Nissan, I met with Manager ******, who was rude and unprofessional. He told me he would check to trade in the car, which was only a week and a half old. ******** he made me sit in the waiting room for over 2 hours. When I went to check on him, I walked into his office and told me he couldn't help because of a contract I signed.Weston Nissan Volvo Response

Dear BBB - We respectfully submit that this complaint should not be published because it does NOT relate to anything done improperly by the dealership, but rather is solely related to the consumer's dissatisfaction with the inherent range limitations of battery electric vehicles (in this case, the customer's ********************** Ariya) and the challenge of finding charging stations.
It is true that EVs generally have range limitations below the range of internal combustion engines. It is also true that charging stations are less prevalent than traditional gas stations. However, these facts have been widely published in the press and are generally known by the American public.
In addition, the vehicle's range specs are clearly published and disclosed on the window sticker and other materials published by the manufacturer (Nissan), all of which were presented to the customer prior to purchase. In addition, these specs are readily available in the public domain, including on the Nissan manufacturer web site.
The dealership tried to assist with the customer's request to trade the vehicle back in for a replacement vehicle, but after a vehicle is purchased and driven, it cannot just be "taken back" and fully refunded because (a) legally the vehicle is a "used" vehicle at that point, (b) there is a legally binding finance contract or lease in force that has to be honored, and (c) the dealership did nothing wrong here -- the range limitations are inherent in EVs and not something caused by the dealership.
As a result, we feel this unfairly blames the dealership for an inherent product issue that applies to all EVs of any make or model and that was prominently disclosed to the consumer.
Thank you for your consideration.

Hi,My Name is ************** and I bought 3 Nissan Altima's in 2020/2021/2022.I did all my service at the dealership at ************************************************I drive a lot and do my service once a month for years so I spend thousands of dollars every year and this goes for years. However today I went to do an oil change only and after 20 minutes the gave me my car back. When I started the car ...it did not...only after the 3rd try it started and the engine light was on......I went to my advisor and she send me to the Service manager (his name is *********************** what I was told)....when he saw what it is he said ...you have a problem that is not us as we did only the oil change.....I said that the car was perfect before the oil change and now is not drivable...he said to me that is your problem and refuse to check the car.....I argue with him that he must fix it or let me know what is the problem.....then he said if I pay $199 he will check it...I refused to pay and the car was perfect before the oil change ....as I argue he told me to leave the dealership or he will call the police.....I said to call the police......When the police arrived they told me very nicely that if he ask me to leave...I have to leave.I left after I managed to play with the engine.a little so he works.I was belittled for taking advantage of and embarrassed before all the employees and customers.By the way 2 month ago they told me that I have to do service for engine light for $1500 and I solved the problem for $35...it looks like the manager was upset about it ...He might give an instruction the the mechanic to do some damage so he is right....I will check this with an electronic specialist....Thanks ************** This is unacceptable for me and before I go to an Attorney I like your response. Thanks **************Review from Racquel B

No response or resolution received from my letter below.I hope this message finds you well, although I regret to inform you that my recent experience with Weston Volvo's ****************** has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a loyal customer who has exclusively serviced my *************************** at your dealership since its purchase in 2018, I expected a level of service and professionalism that, unfortunately, was sorely lacking. On Thursday, April 4th, I contacted **** from your service team to report several issues with my vehicle and was instructed to have it towed to Weston Volvo. Despite the prompt action on my part, I received no confirmation of the vehicle's arrival nor any communication regarding its status. It took multiple follow-up calls on my end to finally ascertain that my car was being reviewed and diagnosed.Subsequently, on Friday, April 5th, I reached out again, only to encounter further delays and a lack of proactive communication. Despite assurances from **** that I would be provided with a loaner vehicle by Saturday, no such arrangement materialized. My attempts to follow up via voicemail also went unanswered, exacerbating my frustration and sense of being ignored. Moreover, I am deeply troubled by the nature of the mechanical failure experienced by my Volvo, particularly given its relatively low mileage of ****** miles and recent servicing at your establishment. I find it perplexing that a major issue such as engine (turbo) failure could occur merely three months after the vehicle was last inspected and serviced. This raises serious questions about the efficacy of your technicians' diagnostic procedures and the quality of the maintenance provided. The lack of transparency regarding warranty coverage for such a significant repair only compounds my dissatisfaction. Having invested considerable time and resources into maintaining my Volvo at Weston Volvo, I feel utterly let down by the apparent oversight and neglect.Review from Desislava D

I went to buy a car. I found one I like. I went inside the office to get help. It took for ever for the guy to come out and he did not seem interested to sell me anything. He did not ask any questions and came with a quote $3000 of fees above the price. I left. I came back later asking to talk to the Manager. Manager did not seem to care if he sell or not. He said the price is set and the fees are non negotiable. I reminded him I purchased 2 cars from his dealership already and I know it is not true. I simply left. I will not buy from them ever and I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my bad experience.Review from Daniel C

Besides having to deal with an accident that a reckless driver caused that totaled my car. Now, I have to deal with a dishonest dealership. After several hours I worked a deal with a salesman & the manager on duty on a Thursday. They promised that they were doing everything to help me & agreed to every aspect of the deal. Once an agreement was reached & the amount of money out the door that I was going to pay(all taxes, fees, tag transfer, vehicle transport/delivery, tint windows installed & everything that was included in our agreement). The salesman sent me the paperwork for the deposit that I signed & submitted. Since it was close to closing time was asked to wait until Sunday when he'll returned & finalize the purchase. I emphasize I didn't want the car to be sold to someone else. He guaranteed me saying that he was placing a sign that the car was being sold to me & not to worry.Sunday came I couldn't reach him, I texted the sales manager even though he was off to see if he could figure out what was going on. After trying calling several times nobody answered. Monday, i found out that on that same Thursday afternoon someone else was working on a deal with the vehicle that I was purchasing & gave it to that person. I was lied to, where is the INTEGRITY!!! PROFESSIONALISM!!! they did not honor their words, they didn't honor me as a loyal customer, they made me waste my time & put me in a hard situation. Now I have to hope for a miracle to see if I can find a similar vehicle elsewhere that I have not yet encountered for the price. If they would have been honest, I would have probably had better chance to get my situation resolved before the weekend at a different dealership.I'm thankful that Volvo Cars *** Corporate does have a department that handles customer ***************** totally were supportive, they don't appreciate any dealership conduct business in this manner. Corporate officially filled my complaint. With all sadness I don't recommend this dealership.Review from Douglas G

Do not go or buy from this dealership!!! By far the worst dealership I have ever delt with in my life. To start they wasted two weeks of our time. I have been looking for a car for my brother nationwide and came across this dealership. They afford online paperwork and shipping of your vehicle. My salesman ***** was by far the greatest. He was informative, patient and kind. We put a down-payment to hold the vehicle while we Secured finance. When it got to the financial part, our paperwork keep getting messed up, Wrong Prices , incorrect spelling of names. We also had our own financial banks (Chase and Navy Federal) but decided to go with Nissan Financial since the interest rate was 1.5% lower. The financial department sent the paperwork UPS overnight and wanted us to to send it back. Not only Did we have to Pay For this paperwork to be sent back they have not given me a refund of $53.00. We were not supposed to be charged for this paperwork being sent overnight. I have been calling and calling trying to get in touch with the finance department and the sales manager when I finally got in touch with ***** (sales manager) he ruldely rushed Me off the phone saying I have other customers in front of me and told me that he did not secure finance and was not shipping the Vehicle. We just don't understand because we did all this paperwork spoke with Nissan Financial LLC and they said the loan was approved and we should have our car soon. And if Nissan financial did not approve this loan, We had 2 other banks to cover this transaction. No one never contacted us, no one said anything. I was told by someone that works there that ***** did not want to ship us our car because he did not feel comfortable because we are black and The fact that we were buying from out of state. I asked again about my deposit that was held on this vehicle and he Ruldely stated Your money is being refunded back to you Please stay far away from this dealership. ******* ******
