Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction through quality service and clear communication. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully:

1. General Refund Policy for All Services

Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service has been delivered or completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes tax preparation, business consulting, accounting, and other related services provided by FLL Business Solution Corp.

Refund Requests Before Service Completion: If you wish to cancel any service prior to its completion or delivery, a refund may be considered, minus any work already completed or hours worked. A minimum service fee may apply.

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare instances, and at the sole discretion of FLL Business Solution Corp, a partial refund may be offered based on the nature of the issue or service provided. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond our control, such as tax liabilities or the results of consulting services.

2. Tax Preparation Specific Refund & Correction Policy

Accuracy Guarantee & Corrections: If an error occurs due to a mistake made by us in the preparation of your tax return, we will correct the error at no additional charge.

Penalties & Interest Due to Error: In the event of an error made by FLL Business Solution Corp resulting in IRS or state penalties and interest, we will reimburse those penalties or interest, provided the error was not caused by incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the client.

Tax Return Rejection: Refunds will not be issued if your tax return has been filed and rejected by the IRS or other tax authorities due to reasons that are outside of our control, such as incorrect data provided by the client.

3. Exchange Policy (Service Adjustments)

Service Adjustments & Upgrades: Clients may request changes or upgrades to the service package they have selected. Any difference in cost will be applied to the new service package, and the upgrade must occur within the same tax season or service cycle.

Additional Services: If additional services are requested after an initial consultation or service engagement, the cost for such additional services will be assessed separately and added to the client’s bill.

Modifications Due to Client Error: If errors are identified in the provided information after services have been rendered, additional charges will apply for any required modifications or revisions.

4. Client Responsibility

Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to FLL Business Solution Corp to ensure the accurate preparation of documents, tax filings, and consulting services.

Liability Disclaimer: FLL Business Solution Corp is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or for actions taken by third parties (e.g., tax authorities) that impact the outcome of the service.
