I purchased a watch from ************************ about a week ago. I paid for 2-day shipping. I received a tracking number however there has been no movement on my purchase since the time I purchased it. I attempted to send an email which was not responded to. I also attempted to call twice at both times the system told me that I could not reach customer service at this time and disconnected the call. I am still waiting for this package, however, I paid additional money for this package to be delivered two-day air and it has yet to be turned over to **** I'm wondering if this is a complete scam.Business response

Ordered a watch from Invicta on 12/8/24. They say it was delivered on 12/17/24 by the **** to my keyed entry mailbox which is locked but it was not. I noticed others having the same issues with delivery. Initially I just wanted a replacement sent but seeing the issues of others, I just want my money back. Had I read the complaints prior to ordering, I most certainly would not have done so.Business response

Purchased an Invicta Pro Driver ***** watch on 3/4/2024. With the purchase, I added on the Extended Protection Plan, which covers accidental damage with zero deductible. The second hand broke and I sent the watch in for repair. Not only did I have to pay the shipping, but I received a call today stating that it'll cost $63.60 to repair my watch. I feel like I am being ripped off.Business response

As of 12-4 we have not heard back from customer after we asked if he could get the watch back from Service.

I never received my order. I was told a delivery date and was told it would come to my residence. Now they said it was delivered to some dock. They refused to trace it or refund me my money. I spoke with *** and was told my address wasnt on the package anywhere.Business response

Good morning,
I received the package on November 5, that same day I send back the package, I thought I was getting a brand new watch, since it was a watch that was return to the company by another customer, they decided to send it to me. I then received the same package from the company on November the 14, and I recent the package on the same day i received it. The tracking number for November 5 is 1ZC6R3280397396863, the tracking number for November 14 is 1ZC6R3280331029927, both time I had to pay shipping fee.
I just want my money back, I really need my money with holiday approaching. I will never do business with them again.

Dear Customer, N1 are non returnable as per our Policy this is because N1 are #1 of that series. The watch purchased was not used, the piece came straight from Invicta the manufacture to sell. These are new and unique pieces never sold before to a customer. We returned the watch to you and was sent back to us. I am rejecting this response because: If they had told me that the watch is not refundable, I would have not bought the watch from them, that is not fair to me. If I was aware of their rules I would have not bought that watch from that company. They need make the customer aware of all the issues, like no refund.

Invicta store, should let the customers know that their merchandize non-refundable and its used and I bet no one will buy from them. Don't deceive the customer by having the customer buy the merchandize and once they return it, its now non-refundable. Be honest with the customers. I really need my money back, I send back the watch the same day I received it

Purchased a watch via invicta store online. **** said my watch was delivered on 10-22-2024 at 10:17am to a parcel locker. No watch was ever delivered. I emailed invicta and their response was "nothing can be done" I would like the merchandise I rightfully paid for delivered. I had the watch company repair my watch order ***** in the end of july. They fixed it and repaired it and shipped it to the wrong address. It was returned to there headquarters. Upon arrival I emailed them to fix the address and they updated it. They said they would ship it out. So far I have not received my watch. I have emailed multiple times and called and ever time they state the watch will be shipped out and expect and email. I never get an email and it has been three weeks. So I am reaching out to you to get this resolved. I purchased insurance with this order too.Business response

On July 11, 2024, I ordered Item No. ***** (Invicta S1 Rally Velocity Mens watch). When it arrived a few days later, it became my regular daily watch immediately. Almost every day I received compliments on my watch. After about 2 weeks, I began to notice condensation developing under the crystal as I wore the watch. With each day, the situation became worse. I would wear the watch for 8 or 9 hours, at which time the entire crystal was clouded with condensation. It was obvious that the product you sold was defective the casing was not sealed properly.On August 1st, I contacted your customer help line and spoke with one of your customer service representatives, named *****. She instructed me that I would have to take pictures of the watch showing the condensation issue. She instructed me to email those pictures to your help email ******************************** on August 1st at approximately 4:40 PM CDT. She informed me that she would look into it. My request included that you provide a prepaid label to return the defective merchandise. I was not going to pay to return a defective item which you sold. In Telmas response, she apologized and stated she would provide a prepaid label for the return for a repair. Repair? I do not want a repair! I have had the watch (timepiece??) for less than 3 weeks. I did not purchase a defective item; only to have it repaired. In my reply email, to her response, I balked at the prospect of a repair and stated I was looking for a replacement, or alternatively a refund. In her next response, she dutifully explained your policy that refund or exchange issues/matters must be initiated within 3 business days of my receipt of the order. Is that your definition of exceptional customer service? I want a full and complete refund of my purchase price. Frankly, I do not trust your company to send a replacement item I would be concerned that you would repair it and send it back to me as new.Business response

Left my diamond Invicta watch at the Invicta Store in **************************,the watch get stolen/lose from the store..The company offer me $2000 store credit ONLY,an out of the 6 Diamond watch they did have was twice the credit they offered,so Im force to spend more money after they stolen/lose my watch,they even wont let me use the credit online where they is diamond watches I can use the credit on.. So now they just take my watch an force me to spend more for there only 6 diamond watches which I dont like..NO JUSTICES AN THEN YOU WONDER WHYBusiness response

The customer went to a ********************** ( different from Invictastores.com) to have a repair done for watch model 34930 MSRP $2000,00. The watch was shipped to the ******* center in **** in which the watch got lost or stolen. The customer was advised of this 5-29-2024 the decision was made to issue a replacement for the watch for the Value of MSRP $2,000. The customer was told by the ********************** ..."If you are available this week, or next, please come into the store, located at perimeter mall, and I will be able to assist you on getting you a replacement for that watch". Unfortunately we dont have that one you sent in but they will assist with a watch of his choice. ******** refused, then he came to *************************** stating he would go the legal way. We advised him that the store provided him with a fair resolution, he refused and wanted 3 watches valued at $2000 from the website. We advised the credit is for in store-only. Again we are being fair with the price offered as we do not have a original receipt of purchase of the lost watch. Today 7-10-2024 we reached out that we would approve the credit for 1watch online ( as 1watch was lost) that has a MSRP of $3999 model 35057..which is a higher value and no coupons added along with a shipping address so that we can get this processed and the reply was vague. The instore promotions do not apply online. The customer again has no proof of purcahse so we being fair with providing a replacement based on $2000 **** model ***** of the watch that was lost see image attached. Did the customer but the watch with a discount? We wouldn't know as again we do not have a purchase receipt, so a online discount of any would not apply to the model. We have offered 1 lost watch for 1 new watch. The **** of the watch the customer wants is $3999 see online price image attached. This is a reason solution for the customer. We have replied to all of his emails including the threatening ones about suing( see chats attached) us and the store manager after the store offered him the $2000 to get a watch there. Thank you .
