    On Tuesday December 10 somewhere around Noon at Daytona Dodge Jeep, we put a deposit on a Jeep. We was told by Sale Manager *************** Miko it would be ready the next day. We heard nothing from them for two and half days. Its now Thursday late afternoon.We are now told Friday for sure....Friday we are told Saturday....Saturday we are told maybe ********* Monday we have lost all faith in this dealership and ask for our deposit back as they had failed to deliver as promised. Sale ****** **** then told us the deposit was nonrefundable even knowing they couldn't delivery as promise. This is a dealership hard up for money and has no problem stealing your money. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS A DEPOSIT. We have filed with the *************************************** and other agency.

    My jeep needed a new turbo which was under warranty. They of course had to order parts. I brought it in on a Sunday night and still wasnt done at the end of the week, even though I was on the schedule. Someone called me and said they were waiting for a warranty to be approved. ****** it was a week ago when they told me to bring it in. So that person didnt even know what he was talking about. For that whole week I had to get rides to and from work. 25 minutes away each way. Then finally they got ready but they didnt have 1 part of course that didnt come in so they gave me a loner which smelled like a sweaty old man with a cigar. But I had a car so I was ok. They pushed my service appointment back 2 times for another service which had priority. WTH ??????? Finally 3 weeks later I got my jeep back. FILTHY With GREASE HANDS STAINS on it from the mechanic leaning on it . PERFECT HAND PRINTS ON The FENDERS. We drove it to breakfast while we drove it we heard a loud whistle. So we brought it back and some yo ho guy said let me drive it to see if there is a Loud whistle. When this punk came back he diagnosed a whistle coming out from our radio speakers. Duhhhhh nope truth was they didnt connected a hose underneath so they had to fix that. Since I got it back we still have a sound in our motor that is suspicious but Im afraid to bring it there because the service department is a NIGHTMARE. We opened the hood and they took off the cover to our fuse box and never replaced it. In my opinion this is a NIGHTMARE JEEP DEALERSHIP Im asking for a good jeep mechanic. And I cant warn enough people not to go there.

    They’ve had my 2021 dodge pickup for 15 days so far to repair the brakes!!!! The service advisor and service manager don’t return phone calls or updates on your repairs. I will never buy another dodge. They treat you nice until after the purchase.

    If I could give "zero or negative 1" star I most certainly would. While on our winter sabbatical from our Indiana home, Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Florida authorized service center generated a transmission oil leak during normal servicing of our 2013 Chrysler T&C van causing our vehicle’s transmission to fail. Our total cost for servicing our vehicle was $2,089.39 at the Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Florida facility. Upon our return home, an Indiana Chrysler authorized service center discovered an improperly sealed transmission by the Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Florida service center, via diagnostic testing four transmission clutches being out of specification, and the need for a replacement transmission due to clutch failures. Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Florida service center Kelly Jordan, Service Advisor was receptive to communication about their negligent workmanship until the conversation pursued the need for a replacement transmission. Now Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Florida service center is non-supportive of communication, at any level, (i.e., Kelly Jordan, Service Advisor; Drew Calvert, Service Manager; David Sparks, Service Director, or the General Manager) to resolve the replacement transmission cost of $6,251.11 as quoted by the Indiana Chrysler authorized service center. In addition, the Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Florida service center lost our radiator reservoir cap, Kelly agreed to mail us a replacement cap, and did not deliver on her promise. We have documented photos and a validation document from the Indiana Chrysler authorized service center. I cannot believe they do not carry insurance just for dilemmas like this one. I pray they would just talk to us and resolve this issue prior to us all needing to go to court. One thing is certain, never again would I go to the Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Florida service center for work on any of my vehicles. I caution others to be wary of their negligent services.
