    On September 20, 2021 I went to USAGundamStore.com and made a preorder purchase on an item that was estimated to ship in March. The total cost with shipping and taxes was $191.85. March came and went and I didn't receive any notice from USA Gundam Store that there was a delay. I had to goto their website to see they changed the estimated shipping to April. As April is coming to a close and I still haven't received any tracking information on the item I preordered. I went to the website again only to find out that the estimated ship date has changed again and now it's a more broad 2nd Quarter. USA Gundam Store failed to inform again that they changed the shipping date to basically unknown. I went to the website to find out they charge a 5% cancellation fee on orders or they'll refund me 100% via a USA Gundam store gift card. Which seems illegal to me. That's unfair because the item I preordered hasn't been released yet. The fact they haven't even received their stock and they don't know when they'll receive it has made me lose confidence in them as a company. I just want to be fully refunded.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/17) */ After multiple attempts to be receive the order number/customer information we were finally able to locate this order and the customers order cancelled. When previously asked the information through social media it was refused so we were unable to assist outside of customer service hours. Email requests for cancellation were also answered during office hours. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/05/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I refused to give personal information over social media. But was blocked. But it was quite amazing how FAST a refund was issued after I was blocked on Twitter.
