One of my customers had a mold and mildew emergency, I called in Water to Fire they responded immediately, I had limited time to handle job as it was the holidays and they had a planned event so there was a major time crunch, they took care of problem quickly and efficiently. Was always informed on process and was completely satisfied!!

I have used Water to Fire for over ten years for everything from water leaks to paint of the house. They are very good at keeping me informed of their work schedule, and any changes thereto. Just recently I had them here to put a fresh coat of paint on the house and shop behind it. They started with a power washing of both buildings, then removal of rotting wood around the patio, and then a number of days painting both buildings. That work included putting on a new color of wall paint, then trim. The finished product jumps out at you in terms of its brilliance and good looks. I give them an A+ for their work, at painting and all other work areas. *** *******

I cannot say enough good things about **** and his crews at Water To Fire Restoration. They performed restoration work on a historical building for us and the work was amazing, they were on or ahead of schedule, and the price was very reasonable. Their work was so good and reasonably priced that we kept them on board to do some additional work for us. I wish that all of my contractors were this great to work with! I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I will use them again for future work.

Where do I start? **** is absolutely awesome! We had a mold issue that included a complete remediation and remodel of a beach rental property. He and his team were amazing!!! They were professional, skilled, knowledgeable, competent, honest, trustworthy and timely with a dose of positivity and great sense of humor thrown in! He expertly guided us through the project and the results are simply stunning!!! Everything is gorgeous and the kitchen is the cat's meow!!! Our happy place has never looked better!!! **** and crew are such a blessing to us!! We highly recommend Water to Fire Restoration.

My husband and I called Wade to evaluate some work we needed done and obtain an estimate for the cost. Wade met with my husband, looked at everything and stated he would provide an estimate in approximately 4 weeks. It has now been over 2 months, still no estimate. Wade never bothered to call back. I am certainly not going to chase a contractor down by phone either. If Wade decided he didn't want to do the job, fine. At least be professional enough to call and say you can't do it. I look at it this way, if he is this unprofessional before even starting the job then I probably dodged an expensive, poorly constructed bullet!

HI Kim, sorry about the confusion on the timeline. When I met with your husband I was told there was no rush to get an estimate since you were not going to have any work done until Oct or so. I am not in the habit of doing estimates six months in advance as prices and conditions change.

I ran into a problem while I was having a shower stall renovated. I found Wade on the BBB website and he was very prompt in coming over to look at the problem and advise what needed to be done. Throughout the process, Wade and his crew were very professional, courteous and got the job done. Any questions I had were answered and they were very attentive to every detail. I would highly recommend this company.

Wade and team were simply amazing. I couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful team or better result in our home. We had so many curveballs thrown at us from the start of our water damage experience the only bright spot was Water to Fire Restoration. They held my hand the entire process and continually worked around my ever changing time frame. They understood where I was financially and offered me the best solutions. The Water to Fire Crew saved us, our home and our family. Every time I try to write a review I break down in tears, even now. Without them I fear we would have been lost, by the grace of God, Wade and his crew took on our project. Knowing our home was left a complete disaster by a previous contractor, Wade and his crew took on the challenge anyway. The fact that they cared enough to do this job and deal with the devastation left behind and my emotional ups and downs was astounding. Their level of professionalism, patience, caring, cleanliness and craftsmanship is amazing. Even though our home was a construction site they kept it as neat and tidy as could be. We actually got to pick items we liked, the tile, cabinets, flooring, etc...Not stuff they were trying to up sale for others. Our house went from the worst run down house left from the tornado in August of 2020, I mean it looked like a run down abandoned project, to a Gorgeous beautiful Swan, all thanks to Wade and his crew. I did not ever think we would get our house back due to the previous contractor, but Water To Fire made it happen. They had us back in our home within 5 months. They worked tirelessly to get us there and we are so grateful. There are not enough words to say how we feel or to express our gratitude. They are by far the best company we have had the pleasure of doing business with. To us they are our family, our Ohana and that is how they treated us when working with us on our house. They cared about us , they treated our home as if they were working on their own homes. They not only restored our home but our lives also. We recommend them to anyone who needs repairs of any kind. This is a company you can trust and that we highly recommend. We will not be using anyone else for our renovations or disasters. Thank you Wade, Michelle, Doug and Eric for fixing our home.
