I ordered this item on April 4 of 2024. It has already failed. It come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Its already pass time to return to ****** and I understand that. However I was directed by Amazon to contact the manufacturer and request a replacement. Ive called 4 or 5 times and left a voicemail each time. I written three emails and each time I received an automated email saying that my inquiry is being handled and I would be contacted soon. As of 6-20-24 I have not received a return from the messages that was left on voicemail or a email addressing my concerns. The customer service response from the manufacturer GWA Auto Parts is less than desirable. Do not buy this product. I will also leave a negative review on ****** for GWA Auto Parts.Review from Brian O.

I bought a 7.3 icp sensor with a lifetime warranty. The original sensor failed and they did send me one without a problem. Approximately a year later the sensor went out again. This time when I emailed them they said it's the Company's policy that the Lifetime warranty only covers 1 part/return Totally a bait a switch Tactic. People please be aware of their lifetime warranty policies when buying parts. Lifetime is lifetime Period. *****Review from Alicia B

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I rate this company 0 stars but I had to choose a star. 0 was not an option. I ordered an air filter through Walmart from GWA Auto Parts. The part was guaranteed to arrive by 3/16/22. There was a tracking number created in Chatanooga, TN on 3/7/22. Not sure if they are creating labels but not sending items or what. No further tracking info. Never arrived. Contacted Walmart and they sent notice to GWA to respond to me. It was through email. GWA contacted me through email. GWA Auto Parts email does not respond to your questions. They send the same email to every question that you ask which does not apply to your question. Makes it look like they may be scaming customers. If you call their phone number an automated message requests that you contact them through email. Very poor customer service. Walmart is filing a complaint and they will address the situation. If this company is legit, they need better customer service. Communication goes a long way.
