Female customer ********************** rep is very rude. I was told a repair person would be available at a certain day and time for a service call. When I followed up in the morning she basically said no one was available- insisting I had no appointment. Basically she was and is very rude. Threatened me with nonsense and refused to do business. This is second time I have spoken with Atlas. The man I spoke with walked me through everything and gave me an appointment. She, however didnt think it was warranted and extremely rude. Spoke harshly of the owner of my apartment and myself. I dont know this person- I dont think she is capable of communicating well with clients and doesnt appear to actually want to help.

Atlas Service, now known as 2 Doors South, has not completely refunded the unused portion of our maintenance contract.Atlas was called prior to the Oct 21, 2023 renewal for the appliance maintenance contract, and was asked, if the house was sold, would a refund for the unused portion be issued. It was assured to us a refund for the unused portion would be refunded, but if a service call was provided, that amount would be deducted from the amount of the refund. We renewed the contract. There weren't any service calls made after Oct 21, 2023. The last service call was Oct 2, 2023, during the prior annual contract period which ended Oct 20, 2023. A written notification of cancellation of the contract was mailed to Atlas after the house was sold on Dec 8, 2023. We received a letter stating there would be a cancellation fee of $396.99, which we were not notified in advance. Upon further communications, which were not always pleasant, we were asked the dates the house went into contract and when an inspection was performed. At the time we didn't have that information, however, it was provided to Atlas at a later date. A refund was issued, but it reflected a withhold of 10% for administrative fees and a $125 service call fee. There weren't any service calls during the renewal period of the maintenance contract as stated above. We contacted Atlas and asked for the additional refund of the service charge and we were advised no additional refund would be made and that was the final answer.We have been loyal customers for 40 years with Atlas and at the end we were mistreated and charged for a service that was not provided.

It will ask for your SSN (DONT GIVE IT!) after *** end of *** form is written after giving *** required documents ***y will not guarantee to be complete your transaction. You will only send less than 100$ but ***y will ask for your SSN, PROOF OF SALARY, BANK STATEMENT! Hell! No after you sent everything still it will decline your transaction but all your docs will be sold to *** who ever.
