Terrible experience. Buyers be aware!I bought a new car from out of state and arranged delivery. Had window tint put on the car by the Delray dealer which turned out to be illegal tint for my state (despite Delray knowing my delivery address and State law). Called back sales manager (******) and GM (***) back and forth for a good 5 weeks. They kept bouncing me to each other, put me on extended hold, promised to call me back and never did, and then bounced me to finance / accounting. After *** and ****** both verbally authorizing a refund for the window tint, I could never get in touch with finance / accounting to process the refund. Finally after I reached them, they bounced me back to ****** who is now refusing to take any phone calls.I have wasted 10+ hours trying to call you guys and still have not had any resolution.Review from April D

WORST SERVICE EVER - NEVER TRUST THEM! ******** Delray had our car for seven months and were paid $8,070.90 in total. They wanted an additional $3,000 and would not guarantee that the problem would be fixed. Despite countless unanswered calls and emails to the service rep and management, they held onto our car. We had to contact ******** *** four times to get our car back and the batteries were nearly dead from sitting on their lot.
