No worries. We reset your login password to the new one listed below. For your new password, use all small case letters (no capital letters). Follow the steps below to return to your account and course:
Login to your account and course:
-Go to our home page at servingalcohol.com.
-Click the Sign In button at the top of the page.
-Enter your email address and the new password listed below.
-After login, click on the name of the course in dark red.
-On the next page, click the Enter button.
-Select Last Visited Page button.

Each section must be completed. There are 5 sections before the final exam. Each section has quiz questions within each section. All of those quiz questions must be answered or the course will not allow you to take the final exam. The course will remember if you leave and come back.
If you still have troubles, just reply to this email.

On Aug 10, 2023 I purchased an online course from them. They auto-corrected my name to the wrong spelling and when I confirmed it was correct in my personal information it remained wrong on my account. Then I could not actually access my course by clicking on it or searching for it. Clicking my course would just bring me back to my information page with no actionable links. Then I tried their contact page and their "contact us" buttons all just lead back to the page that had the contact buttons. No contact information was present. I want a refund (not top priority) and for them to fix their site or be discredited/shut down.Business response

We gave you a full refund. So sorry you had trouble starting your ********** *** course. We see that you were using Safari web browser 15 on your MacOS. You shouldn't have had any issues getting to your course as well as getting to our Contact Us page to send us a message. Our phone number is on the Contact Us page as well to get a hold of us.
The name in your profile is *******************. From the BBB, it looks like you state your name is ******************* as well.
Was your name incorrect in your *** account on the ********** website? If so, we have no way of changing it as it's all the hands of the ********** **************************** support team. They will not allow us to adjust anything in your *** account even if we could.
To be ********** *** certified, you must have 3 things; your *** Server ID from the ********** ****************************, complete an approved course by the ********** **************************** (we are approved and preferred by them), and when the course is completed, you must take your final exam back in your *** account from the ********** ****************************.
We are giving you the course for free.

We checked in *********************** issue. It looks like she could get into her course but didn't have her Server ID from the *******************. As 2022, you cannot be ********** alcohol certified without a 9-digit number from the ********** ***************************** and you must be certified to serve alcohol in the state. Also, her name was not altered in our account as *******************. ******************* is the same name she uses in the BBB complaint. It was 11 minutes from the moment she purchased to the time she sent the BBB complaint. Our Contact Us page has not been down or inaccessible when she said she checked on August 10th. We have see other's who we corresponded and helped within 2 hours on August 10th. Her name misspelled was probably in her *** account on the *******************'s website and not our system. We have no way to alter it or request it to be altered for her. We gave her the course for free. She will have to ask the ********** **************************** to update her name if it's misspelled in her *** account and get her Server ID before she can start the course. Without a Server ID, the ******************* will not certify her.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
They reached out to me and refunded me. I did have a server ID already and the help was uncontactable before reaching out to BBB.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I just made an account and paid for a bartending course, and am not unable to login after reloading the page. I know my payment went through because it allowed me into the site at first. We noticed that you registered your login email address as ********************* But, your request from the BBB states that your email address is ********************* So, it was a misspelling on your login email address when your registered for your ************* alcohol certification course. No worries. It happens.

We saw you called earlier and replied to you by email to the address that is in your profile, ***********************. We see in this reply your email address is the same as ***********************. We didn't get any response to our email to you. Our CEO, *********************, had noted "I called him back but he is in and was able to register for the course." The number he called is **************. You had paid for the course at 12:51pm according to the log files for the course. See below and the attached screenshot of your log files.
We are going to send you another email with a reset on your password. The ********** *** Training course that you purchased at 12:51pm is waiting for you to begin.Are you receiving any of our emails, ******?
