My family used the services of Empathy Care to provide home health aides for my wifes elderly parents who live in ************, ******* for over 5 years. Empathy Care is run by ********************* and we had hundreds of interactions with ***** over the years as their health waxed and waned. ***** took a personal interest in our family and even developed personal relationships with my in-laws. My mother in law was not the easiest person to work with (or for) and ***** was able to transcend those issues and my mother in law grew very fond of *****. At times we required round the clock support from Empathy Care and ***** always went above and beyond to ensure that a qualified aide was always available to support us. Sadly, we no longer have a need for home health aides, but I highly recommend Empathy Care to anyone looking for a company to provide private aide services for a family member.Review from Alan K

My 90-year old mother-in-law is not known for being a cooperative patient, so when she was recently released from the hospital after having a pacemaker implanted, we had our hands full. Fortunately, a friend suggested that we contact Empathy Care, and Im so glad that we did! ***********************, and her team, took a personalized approach and patiently listened as we explained the patients unique needs. At every step of the way, ***** advised specific courses of action which ultimately led to my mother-in-laws full recovery. Indeed, all of the home health care professionals that Empathy Care provided were very knowledgeable and professional in every way. Their physical and occupational therapies were so successful that they now have our patient walking even better than she did prior to her surgery. Empathy Care assisted us with obtaining transportation from the hospital to rehab, from rehab to home, and coordinated all necessary in-home care thereafter. Over the last several weeks, Empathy Care provided outstanding dedicated, high-quality home care. Without hesitation, our family highly recommends Empathy Care for all home health care needs.

Bringing someone into your home to care for a loved one is never easy, but Empathy Care made it that way. *****, Medaline, ******, ******, and the rest of the incredible staff went above and beyond with their kindness and support offered to my mother, who was under their care, but also to my father and to my brother and I, who live out of state. At our most vulnerable and emotional time, Empathy's compassion and experience helped guide us. I only wish we had brought them in sooner.Empathy Care, Inc. Response

My elderly uncle needed 24/7 care for a couple of weeks due to reduced mobility. The in-home care services were set up quickly and efficiently. The aids were very professional and attentive to my uncle's needs, as well as incredibly kind and caring. I would definitely recommend using Empathy Care without hesitation.Empathy Care, Inc.
