I've done a number of home refinancings, including a previous reverse mortgage. Reece A. did a stellar job in handling my reverse mortgage refinance in 2024, definitely the best of the all of the mortgage broker reps I've dealt with. Specifically, he responded promptly without exception when I had a question, and was proactive in providing detailed information when he thought I might need additional info. Additionally, when I had a competing offer from my reverse mortgage servicing company, he responded quickly and professionally, and came up with a better overall proposal. I am so happy and grateful for the help of Jay White refinanced my existing reverse mortgage. He kept me updated with every step of the process, addressed all my concerns. During the signing of the application papers as well as the notarization of documents ( which took about 2 hours each time), I had numerous questions and Jay was there the whole time and picked up all my calls.
