They were not providing the services we were being billed for. Instead of emptying the rodent bait stations I pointed out were full they simply took them away and never returned new ones. They others were full of moldy bait. We have never in the 14 years I’ve lived here had a problem with ticks, snails or aphids. Now our pets are getting ticks, snails are everywhere and we’ve lost 3 hibiscus hedges to aphids. I cancelled the service via certified mail and emailed the rep to discontinue service and they continued to come to our property and bill us. I have video of the tech eating lunch in his truck for over an hour and never getting out to spray or empty the bait stations and then just leaving. And then they send us a bill for services! Services were terminated...told refund was fourthcomming. Then told services were provided when they were not...price was increased substantially so I cancelled, was charged and refund refused. Dishonest company in my caseReview from Pauline M

After losing one palm tree and a couple shrubs along with having three other palm trees looking like they were going to die, I called to get someone to look over these issues. I had to call several times and no one would ever get back to me. Finally I was able to get in touch with the GM and after a long discussion about how the circumstances (including non-communication) was unacceptable, I canceled their service. At this time the GM said that I would not have to pay the last bills. A year later, I received a statement from them. I emailed back the information listed here. Two months later I received a statement in the mail. I called and let them know the situation. Two months after that, I got a collections letter. I have now been calling them for over a week trying to work this situation out. They never call back, but I have been calling and talking to their A/R person almost every day for the past week.Review from Natalie P
