I have bought several birds from here. I also worked for them for years. They took great pride in the care of the animals. I can honestly say Brenda is an animal lover she has so much compassion for all critters. Definitely a great little store. Robert and Billy are very knowledgeable. They will make sure they sell you rhe right bird for your family.

They sold us a sick bird . I left them my dead bird that we got it from them . Instead of being humble and try to solve the problem they told me I starved my bird after the bird was eating and drinking everyday and then she dropped dead . Stay away from this place . You can write whatever reviews you like, it does not negate the fact that you starved this poor bird to death. It was not sick. You had it almost a month and had no time to call us for help or to address any concern for it. Yet you now have around the clock time to go on every social media page and attempt to discredit our birds and business. It was a healthy bird when it left the store. We provided you with specific instruction's on how to care for a bird and to call us if there was any questions. Which even an unexperienced pet owner could CLEARLY SEE WAS EMACIATED and less than half the body weight by the time it was brought back to us deceased. Nobody fed this poor bird! I am tempted to report YOU for animal abuse, as you starved this animal. And shame on you for doing so. No animal should have to suffer that way.Review from Avila K

We got an amazing macaw at Brenda's Birds after getting scammed twice. They were honest, caring, knowledgeable, patient and up front with us from start to finish in the process. We several states away. They were not eager to secure a deposit. They wanted to make sure that we got the bird that was best suited for us. They waited until we were able to go see them in person to see which bird we had bonded with. I am most appreciative of this as the one that we connected with was not the one we had initially selected from seeing pictures. They patiently and thoroughly answered all of my many questions. They allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted with the birds. Robert took the time and demonstrated how to take care of bird while answering our many questions regarding growth and development and personality. We had the bird shipped, and we were informed every step of the way to ensure a safe delivery. Also, Billy connected with us a few times to ensure that our baby was still healthy and thriving after delivery. This is an excellent business that cares about their animals. The store is also very clean. Fantastic people, service, facility and animals.
