  I signed a contract to change my septic tank to sewer as per the City of ******** requirement on 3/5/2024. As per my Agreement with them, I immediately paid the deposit required for the work to commence. I received many false startup dates and just as many no shows. The contractor, permit holder is McIntyre Plumbing, ***** license number **********, phone number ************. The septic pumping company is ****************** **************** license number ********, phone number ************.It has been 10 months, and no work has commenced yet. I need to resolve this problem as I have been driving from *****, ******* to ********, ******* every time I have been told this job would be finished. Please contact me, ****** *. ************* at ************ or ********************** I have attached backup of some of the text message communications between myself and ***** ****** *************** in reference to the job.

  There is no contract between the homeowner and McIntyre Plumbing Inc and McIntyre Plumbing Inc has not received any sort of payments associated with this project. We do not own or operate J&K ****** Septic and as such we can not control the actions of their company. The project is currently being completed to the best of our knowledge and we are confident that there will be a satisfactory completion soon.
