            When I chose “Where you matter accounting” for tax preparation I had no idea what I was in for. The start of the process was ok but after I was notified of an issue the tax preparer disappeared. I paid for services and then was dropped out of the blue. I have no idea what’s going on because I haven’t heard from the tax preparer. No response for calls, email, or text. I will follow up with a complaint to the IRS as well. It’s not right to do this do people when you run a business.

            I am sorry that Mrs. ****** feels she was dropped, I have not received any messages from her via email address or via phone, since the last time I spoke to her.

            My last conversation with her was that she received her refunds so their was no issue, if she received letters later we would address them at that time.

            It was also brought to my attention the email on my website was inaccurate and my phone lines were not working properly. I am changing phone service providers this Friday to correct the ongoing issues with my phones and my website customer support email has been  updated.

            So my apologies if messages were not received. Her services were complete. I have been in business for years and never have had a complaint or not called someone back if I received message properly so I am sorry she feels dissatisfied. I will fully refund for my services.
