    I'm a musician and one of my albums was distributed onto ******* and other platforms by ******************************. I'm not sure how this happened - someone may have done this on my behalf. (I use a different distribution service). I have two issues: (1) I want my album taken down from their platform, and (2) I want to be paid for the commissions they have collected on my behalf. Unfortunately, I'm unable to do either of those things through their website. And their emails bounce back (have since at least August). I've reached out to their CEO and other executives via LinkedIn and have sent them a letter. To no avail. Far as I can tell, the company is a scam. One of their executives only told me that she worked on the "white glove" side of the business and couldn't help me - not even to provide a contact email.

    I've provided all the necessary documents in all the email PDF uploads below including the receipt for orders & invoice numbers for the orders I placed with them & how they responded to this situation. I purchased 2 separate ******* promotions campaigns from the Hitmakers for $250 each & spent a total of $500 all together. They never even attempted to fulfill the order & were very slow to reply to my emails about the situation. They eventually gave me a refund for one of the orders and sent me $240.78 on PayPal (TRANSACTION ID: ******************. Which wasn't even the full $250 I paid for 1 of the Promotion service. When I asked about the 2nd orders refund they claimed they never got a second order & tried to make it seem like I ordered only one service from them. Even though I included the invoice ID's, Payment ID's & Receipts for both orders in my emails as you can see in the PDF. They have still yet to refund me for my second order & have been ignoring my emails about the refund for my second order as you can see below also by their response times to my emails. They are also making false claims about me & how I have "artificial streaming" on my music & are attempting to remove 2 of my songs from music platforms, which I believe is being done out of spite because of this situation. I would like a settlement for the remainder of the refund to be sent to my PayPal. Only $240.78 has been refunded from the total of $500 I spent altogether on services I never received with them. Which still leaves $259.22 that is still unpaid. I would also like a settlement for them to immediately stop any attempt to remove any of my music from any music platforms. & To stop advertising that I have "Artificial Streams" on my songs without showing anybody any proof or backing of these statements or claims.
