    I make a contract whit sanabria & associates for immigration case on February 13 , the contract was for family case Including preparation and submittal forms to inmigration , wich never happen , after I sign the contract they contact and sending me some forms to fill up whit out any advice I submit to the lawyer office this on February 27 , I contact the office on march 8 to check if they received and they say only they gone check gone and contact me , I don't receive answer and I contact again the office on April 5 and they just request me some papers and I contact the office for advice and they just tell me to submit the questions by email and I do , they never answer back , I decide to cancel the services and i submit the request on May 1 , on May 7 a supervisor contact and I explain why I decide to cancel the services and she agrees and gone tell his boss for approval but so far they not contact me , I want the final invoice and refund of my money , 3 phone calls and 4 emails that's the only services received zero advice

    The client signed the contract for concurrent Adjustments of Status for 2 people at our D.C office for a total of $6,500. The client paid a total of $3,000 at this time. The client and I spoke on 5/8/24 regarding his desire to cancel the contract. He complained about communication and stated that he did not trust the firm to continue with his case even though I explained the processing times. The case required information from the client which he provided delayed.  Therefore the case could only be advanced to the point where the client filled out the questionnaires and was requested additional documents which he did not return, and he had a few calls with the firm. 

    Based on work completed, we would accept retain $1,000 for work completed and refund the difference. This client was aware of the amount to be refunded, but stopped communicating with the firm. 

    If agreed, we will issue a check to be mailed to him.

    Sincerely,  I understand the processing times and thats not the problem, the problem was the lack of communication to explain the process, they reimburse only 1500 so the retain 1500 no 1000 like he stated here and I attach the reimbursement letter
