    This was my latest attempt to get ahold of this lender company as ********************* they work with!Heres a summary of what had happened since I financed my car with GET FINANCED LLC. Update: ********** Beetle 2013 was purchased on 6/4/2019 Contact ****** through a ******** marketplace post the post talked about the car I ended up purchasing even though I was expecting to be shown different options by the time of arrival they had the car ready leaving me with no other option then get the car because it was told, other modes and brands were above my budget.I didnt see it as a bad deal at all 53,872k miles , 2013 the car seem like it was taken care of and many features for a car of that year.After having a settlement of $4000 on down payment it was given a loan approved through the most unprofessional small loan company in *****. Around 8k total car price $12k Drove all the way from ***** to ********** as soon as I pull in my parking spot car went off out of nowhere, and the nightmare began. The car has so many electronic problems by having to deal with not being able to roll up the windows and having to cover them with plastic bags most of the time doors work lock and car will do things on its on.After having to spend more than $2000 since the day of purchase last encounter was a few months ago when I took my car to the dealership because it constantly keeps going off even out of 50 mph on a highway to my surprise -injector pump is missing -engine was replaced at some point finding out had 71k miles when originally was purchased with 53k all this information its accurate by running engine numbers along with VIN numbers set until today my car will have this problem after all this money paid my account pay off balance is around 4K for car that is not properly adjusted to its conditions

    In this case, the issue is directly with the dealership since we do not have anything to do with the sales process. Unfortunately, we cannot help the customer in this case since the dealership was the entity that issued a contract directly with the owner of the vehicle. Get Financed LLC only lent the $8,300.00 for the customer to purchase the vehicle that he wanted to purchase. In any instance Get Financed LLC had anything to do with the purchase of the unit from the customer, that has been explained to the customer in multiple instances. We wish there could be anything we can do to help but unfortunately there is not really anything. Please see attachment of the contract.

    This place is a financing company for a dealership in ***** ******* or should I say one of those buy here pay here lots some of them are very good and others like this one they dont deserve to be called the dealership because theyre literally in the business of lying to people deceiving people and robbing them blind every chance they can I financed a vehicle almost a year ago from their dealership and the reason why I say their dealership is because the owner/partner of Get Financed is also the owner of the dealership where I got the car they lied to me telling me that it was one of the big banks that had a greed to finance my loan when in fact it was the owners financing company because the sales woman that sold me the car actually told me that afterward and I think that it slipped out it wasnt something she intentionally meant to inform me of so doing in-house financing he had no need to raise my down payment by almost $2000 because he was the owner of the financing company yet they did I paid it and I left with the vehicle went to get another paper tag a month in because I didnt have all the money for the plates got the paper tag when I come back the next month I paid them the money for the plates then I come back to pick it up and they tell me that theyre not going to give me the permanent plates because I still owe $1000 for my down payment when I had paid it in full they fix their paperwork to say that I still owed $1000 for the down payment wouldnt give me my plates refuse to give me another paper plate so that I wouldnt be driving around with an expired one and so I had no choice it was either return the vehicle and have them keep my money or pay the money that they said I owe them so that I could get my plate they never gave me the permanent one, I got several tickets because of this and after receiving full pay out by my insurance they refuse to reimburse me to payments that I made to them after the accident and were rude and sarcastic

    Good morning,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am trying to respond to Complaint ID: ********. But the system is not working. Please see my response below along with the attachments.

    "The initial part of the complaint has nothing to do with the finance company. The dealership "Premium Auto Sales" in which the vehicle was purchased from the customer on 09/04/2021 is a separate entity from the loan company "Get Financed LLC". Everything that has to do with the vehicle purchase issues, down payment, tags, and plates is completely under the responsibility of the dealership, not the finance company and that was explained in multiple calls to the customer. In addition, the customer was involved in a total loss accident on 04/23/2022 in which she mentioned it a month after the vehicle was in the body shop. At that point, we tried to explain to the customer in multiple ways that her debt was still open, and we required the customer to continue their payments as stipulated by the contract even after the vehicle was involved in a total loss accident. Once we received a call from the insurance because the customer was avoiding us at all costs, please see attached. We tried reaching her in many instances via email, WhatsApp and phone calls with almost zero communications. The insurance only made the payment for the debt that the customer currently had opened with us, and the customer does not understand that her insurance only covered her debt and nothing else. We wish to solve this matter as quickly as possible.
