    I made a appointment with this business. I I asked to be emailed the date and time of my appointment, I made it clear I had lost my phone and needed to be emailed. The person assured me I would be emailed. I asked again was he sure I would receive a email of time and date,he said yes again. The email never came,so I called and the office was closed at the time and date I called. I then emailed the company at the email on the email Receipt of purchase.I never heard back.This was a week out from appointment date. A few days later after no response I called back and they informed me my appointment was a day before I called and I needed to pay again. The lady informed me they don't alway check their business email. Then got into a debate and was treated very bad.I asked for a supervisor and was denied. I called back 10 times and got the same treatment from all the employees and was denied the opportunity to speak to managers or supervisors. I called back different days and got the same results every time Each time I asked to speak to a higher authority. My girlfriend spoke to them after the treatment I received and they gave what we thought was the supervisors number. We later found out it was the same people answering the numbers. One of the people I spoke to was the guy who said he would email me and apologized for not doing so he said he thought it would do it automatically. Thinking we could work the matter out because he admitted his mistake I asked for the supervisor. He then became rude and angry and denied me the opportunity and said the supervisors don't want to talk,the same as every one else said as well. He did call back and apologize for his actions later in the day. I didn't get my money back or get a reschedule date. This place was terrible to me and had poor customer service while refusing to let me speak to someone in charge. I need to know what I can do? I can't let this happen to me my freedom depends on the service they were supposed to perform.

    I have done a counseling intake with them and am required to do 18 group sessions. This is covered under my FSA plan. I have made several attempts to get a receipt from this company that reflects my name, their name, and itemized charges. They keep saying they can not provide. My FSA plan will not reimburse without this information.

    This is the company that FLHSMV contracts to conduct substance abuse counseling to people who are trying to get their driver license back. Please read their reviews. They only have 1.4 stars and every person who reviewed said the same thing I'm saying. Everyone is having the same issues. I was blocked from a session today that I paid well ahead of time for. They have us at their mercy so they treat clients like garbage. There is nothing affordable or convenient about this company. Even the sessions are nonsense. They charge $39 per session after DMV told me $26. Then they charged for a few more things and I got nothing in return. People in my situation are going through enough misery trying to get our license back and they totally prey on us. Please read their reviews. Everyone is having the same problems. This company needs to be stopped. They are preying on us. Please stop them.
