            iSmile Doral has failed to honor its contract, signed on April 4, 2023. I requested a cancellation and refund back to LendingPoint for the amount of ***** for the ******************* iSmile Doral failed to deliver the product of Invisalign for more than 50 days despite multiple attempts to reach iSmile Doral. I was told my case was lost and then told they would contact me the next day with more information. This did not happen. I was able to reach ***************************** and told me to come to her office. I went in person to the iSmile Doral office on May 26th to cancel due to not having my product for more than ***************************************************************************** the contract and when I asked to have a copy of the cancellation fee, ******************** declined, asking me to give her three days to have it ready. She failed to provide any proof of a cancellation fee. A formal notarized cancellation letter was given to her on June 1st 2023. I have contacted my lender, LendingPoint and made them aware of the situation. According to LeadingPoint, they have tried to reach her multiple times but she has failed to contact them. Up to this point I still have not received a refund and I still have a $***** loan for a product I have never received. Due to this situation my credit score has been affected. I am asking for iSmile Doral to return the $***** back to Lending Point Lender so I can be clear and have a refund of the payment I was charged on May 5th 2023 for the amount of $159.02. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

            I am happy to announce that my case worked in my favor. I was able to cancel my contract with Ismile Doral and receive a refund from Lending point. I would like to thank you and BBB for all the help and support.
