            I ordered sneakers order number WPE945236 got a confirmation that it was getting ready to ship. A couple of days later I got a email saying it was cancelled with no explanation. I replied to it asking why but got no explanation. I ordered them again order number WPE946500 and the same thing happened. I would expect a lot more from a company like Perry Ellis, this has been the worst shopping experience.

            Major inventory issue with this online merchant- stay away! Dont expect to get a coat and pants set if you order a suit from them. My first order for 2 suits led to only a pair of pants getting delivered to me and its matching coat and another suit didnt make it; I assume they were out of stock but their website allowed me to place an order. My second order for another suit was cancelled the following day without providing me any explanation. My credit card was charged immediately for both orders. I tried to return the pants that I had no use for and they charged a flat fee of $6 for the return label even though it wasnt my fault (I returned them because I needed a complete suit, not just pants). My order numbers are ********* and ********* if you want to verify my claim. Stay away from this online store!!!

            Unfortunately, due to unprecedented demand and challenges in our warehouse operations, we are currently dealing with inventory discrepancies. Customers are advised that if they were to place a new order for similar items, we will honor the same price originally paid and free standard shipping due to the inconvenience. When situations like these occur, we do not charge the $6.00 return shipping fee. This customer has been refunded for the item received and has been asked to keep the item at no charge.

            If I could give a -2 star i would. I ordered 3 pairs of underwear 3+ weeks ago and all they can say is a canned response say that carriers nationally are experiencing longer shipping times. What i find funny is that i have placed 10 orders at different companies across the US and have received them all expect the one from Perry Ellis. You are better off ordering from any other company as they don't even seem to care. I find that Fed Ex is usually the culprit, but they don't seem to mind as they got their money.

            I ordered shoes from the site charged with a 10.99 shipping fee which is fine estimated 5-7 days for shipping. I patiently waited for almost a month for the wrong type and color shoe, then I was charged to send this shoe back so I lost 22 dollars for a 53 dollar shoe when it wasn’t my error. Please stay away from perry Ellis online!
