    My daughter and I checked in Wingate by Wyndham Miami Airport on December 5, 2024 at 2am after a delayed flight caused us to arrive a day later than expected. I had called ahead of time to notify the hotel of the situation. After checking in to the hotel room, upon inspection I noticed that the bed was not made and the bed sheets were unclean. There was hair all the bed sheets. I immediately called down to the front desk and asked for new sheets. I showed the attendant all the hair on the sheets. We stripped the bed and placed what I assumed was clean sheets on the bed only to have the same problem. There was black long straight hair on the sheet and a dirty spot. I requested a room change only for the attendant to tell me that they were completely booked. In the morning I requested a room change and the attendant informed me that they were booked for the night. I requested to speak with the manager and apparently the manager was unavailable. I called customer service to make a complaint with no resolution.
