The attached agreement states: "If at the end of this agreement (providing the Client follows the advice and utilizes the materials and resources provided by Solar CEOs) the Client doesn't get at least 5 new deals as a result of Solar CEOs' efforts during the 3 month period of this agreement, the Client is entitled to a full refund at the end of the agreement period, this applies to self and lead generated deals." I upheld my end of the agreement, and they did not provide the promised results of 5 new deals. In an effort to be a reasonable and good customer, I didn't request a full refund, but rather for the program and payments to stop on April 18th, 2023 (within the 3 month period of the agreement). See my email for reference. Their response more than a month later was that I was unable to stop payments, completely disregarding the fact that I am in my right to a full refund. See their email for reference. I tried relentlessly to discontinue payment to this merchant with my bank. I even put in a 'stop payment' request on August 7th, 2023 and after repeated attempts to charge my account (confirmed by the bank) the merchant changed their name from ************************ to "Special Financing" (neither of which is in line with their actual legal business name which in and of itself is false representation and fraud) to get around the 'stop payment' and successfully charge me the following month. I also noticed that the initial charge from them was from "Special Financing", so it's evident to me, they jump back and forth between the two names to get around 'stop payment' requests from their customers that realize they are scam artists. They have 3 different businesses with slightly different legal names in your system. Again, evidence that they are trying to cover up the shady nature of their business by ensuring the poor reviews will have less of an impact if they spread them out over multiple businesses.Business response

***** ****** is a previous client of ours who worked in our program from late January 2023 through late March 2023. The program was intended to be ********************************************************************************************************* March of that year.
We have signed legal agreements between us and the client that clearly and explicitly explain the terms of what the client purchased in addition to the requirements to be eligible for a "cancellation" (there are no cancellation options in our agreements, only a refund guarantee).
We reached out to this client after he posted his first review on ****** to try and reach a solution amicably. The client was cooperative. Unfortunately, in our investigation into his eligibility, we found overwhelming evidence that the client did not meet any of the criteria needed. We have screenshots, spreadsheet exports, login history, and more that show his progress on the learning modules listed as a requirement (he achieved 0% progress on the module with most of the videos that needed to be studied). In addition, the client only showed up to (and admits to it in writing via email) 4 of 6 required calls that would be needed in addition to the videos and more to get refunded at the end of the 90 days.
Upon reaching out to our team in 2023 to request to cancel his payments being made to the 3rd party financing company, we denied his request due to the terms and his failure to complete the program (which has no income guarantees, only a 5 deal guarantee with clearly listed and attainable stipulations).
Bringing things back to this week, we have a recorded phone call and written emails with ***** telling us that his original plan was to leave reviews and tell his friends to leave poor reviews about our company on not only ******, but other platforms like Better Business Bureau (despite his friends never working with us). Solar CEOs also has very clear evidence that the claims that the client is making in his review are unsubstantiated with proof in the form of login history from our resource center, signed contracts from us and from the 3rd party financing company, testimonial from the client's coach who he did not attend all calls with, and proof that he planned to defame our company with unsubstantiated claims unless we were willing to partially refund him for the money he has paid up to this point.
All of the above was explained to the client via email to which he insisted that despite not having any evidence to support his claims, he was still entitled to a refund and will continue to spread his claims about our business across his network and via the internet.
Below are the claims that we have concrete evidence to contradict:
"In an effort to be a reasonable and good customer of theirs, I did not request for a refund for what I had paid up to that point, but simply to stop the program and payments from continuing."
This point is nullified due to the fact that the client wasn't and has never been eligible for a refund besides the standard contract cool-off period in the ** (which is approximately 3 days after signing). The client did not meet any of the necessary stipulations in the agreement needed to be eligible, meaning that he did not follow the program as intended and therefore did not get the results that he expected.
"I upheld my end of the agreement, and they did not provide the promised results of 5 new deals"
The 5 Deal guarantee in the contract clearly states what is required to receive a refund at the end of the 90-day period. The client admits to being aware of the terms of the agreement at the time of his initial request and at the time of our conversations this week, but clearly does not understand the terms or contract law. This includes the no-income guarantee clause in his contract.
"In spite of the terms of the agreement I signed, and my right to receive full compense, they told me that the program could not stop and they have continued to charge my account for the last 18+ months, fees in excess of $11,000." (this quoted from his ****** review but the client paraphrased in this review)
See above, client did not meet the criteria to hit the 5-deal guarantee and receive a refund. Also, Solar CEOs has not been billing the client and has never billed the client for services - All has been done through a 3rd party company that the client utilized to afford the services that we delivered on in full.
"What's more, they have shielded themselves from all financial liability by working with a third party payments company called Special Financing so that when they are asked to hold up their end of the contract on a refund guarantee, they can send you to Special Financing (who charged you) who will just say that they are not who you contracted with for services and send you back to Solar CEOs. With this model, there is no way to chargeback, or dispute transactions, and is probably the only reason they still are able to accept payments with the shady business ethics and practices they have."
See above, client did not meet the criteria to hit the 5-deal guarantee and receive a refund. All clients are held responsible to pay and uphold their end of the agreement as have we. We offer our own in-house financing as well, which more than 80% of our clients use to this day. Nothing about our operation is shady.
"I also filed a report with the BBB (Complaint ID: ********* on this matter and when I went to fill out the report I saw they have 3 different businesses just with different addresses. Again, evidence that they are trying to cover up the shady nature of their business by ensuring the poor reviews will have less of an impact if they spread them out over multiple businesses/entities."
BBB creates company listings based on the region in which the company is addressed and services clients. Solar CEOs has multiple addresses, as with many other companies who work with clients nationwide. We have 1 main business profile on BBB that is accredited in which we respond to each and every review; the rest are duplicate pages that we do not have access to.
The claim that our intention is to "cover up the shady nature" and spread our reviews is a blatant misrepresentation of our company and its intention.
Solar CEOs is willing to accept feedback whether it is good or bad; this is how all businesses grow. However, claiming he met the agreed criteria in the contract, set up a scheme to avoid chargebacks and bad reviews, and was eligible for a refund are blatantly false, and we will not stand to have a defaming review about our business on this or any platform. All claims being made by Solar CEOs are substantiated by hard and tangible evidence in the form of contracts, audit logs from online platforms, call recordings, emails in writing, screenshots from consultant testimonials, conversations with ************************** and more, which we will use in a court of law if necessary.
Most of the documents required to substantiate our claims contain sensitive client information about ***** and other clients including the specific contract that the client signed with us and the 3rd part finance. Therefore we will not attach those documents to this review as it would be a breach of privacy for the client, for Solar CEOs, and for other clients we have worked with.Initial Complaint

Hired Solar CEO's to the tune of almost 6K a month, and out of 12 promises in the contract maybe was one was completed. When I decided to speak to management to fix my issues and cancel my contract because of my dissatisfaction I was threatened with lawyers, even if they didn't do their promises in the contract.Business response

Solar CEOs is currently in direct communication with **************** to resolve his allegations and dissatisfaction. In the attached PDF you can see all recent email correspondence with collaboration from both parties. In the following link is the original call recording that clearly depicts our team briefly attempting to talk through and remedy *******'s complains. However, we were cut off by *******. He refused to talk through a solution in that call and he originated the fact that he would fight us legally if we did not meet his demands to exit the contract on his terms, which differ greatly to the terms in our original contract. In the recording you will also hear our clear position, which was to try and help remedy his upsets and our desire not to fight legally. ******* again did not allow us to dialogue further and at this point, our team decided to exit the confrontational call and direct his legal threats to our legal department.

We hired Solar CEOs and had a horrible experience. Please see in the ad that they created for us and for dozens of other solar companies. They flood the market with ads that make people think that our services are free. Solar is not free! Solar CEOS make false promises about what they can deliver and the management does not rectify the situation. We will be reporting this company to their business bureau and the attorney general for fraudulent deceptive sales practices. Due to the ads that Solar CEOs created for us we were reported to the *** Internet, crimes division! We gave ONE login to Solar CEOs to our CRM package, and they let several people have access without our permission and our Leads were stolen! ***************** beware! I have screenshots of the ads they created. it will not accept the uploads here.Business response

Solar CEOs provides consulting and lead generation services for clients across the country. Or lead generation practices are reviewed by a 3rd party legal to ensure we are in compliance with all advertising rules. ******** claims that we ran deceptive ads on her behalf. We spend over $500,000 per month on ads and if we were not in compliance with advertising laws, our business would cease to exist. Despite this, we went above and beyond for ********, to resolve her complaints, even going as far as writing brand new scripts from scratch, recording new ads, getting ******** to approve these ads before running them in her ad account, and eventually turning them on. Not to mention the 1000 free solar leads we provided to her as a courtesy.
******** also mentions an issue with logins to her CRM. We have 3 team members with specific responsibilities on the tech side, all of them need to work together to provide the various levels of support our clients require. This was explained to ********.
Finally, Solar CEOs has issued MULTIPLE refunds to ********************* had been in collaboration with her for months in an attempt to rectify her "concerns", and despite our refund policy, we diecide it was the best decision for our business to end the relationship with ******** and agree to disagree. In our separation agreement ******** agreed not to speak negatively or in a way that could hurt solar ceos online, in person or anywhere, and if any of those instances existed prior to the agreement, that she would remove them. This BBB complaint from ******** is in direct breach of contract with solar ceos and could call for damages in excess of $50K.
PS. at one point during our deliberations, after ******** had expressed dissatisfaction, she came to use and requested our help to run her ads. This email will be highlighted in the attachments.
In the attachments you will find all written email correspondence between solar ceos that would recap our resolution calls, You will find refunds provided to her, copies of her original contract, and a copy of the separation agreement.
At this point, we feel that despite our efforts to resolve ********* complaints, she is intentionally looking to cause harm to our business. We hope the evidence provided here shines light on the situation and shows our clear position, which is true for any client we service, to help grow and scale their business.
Regards,
Solar CEOs team.
This link shows our final separation email, your system will not allow me to attach any additional documents.
