They prey on the elderly and send unnecessary supplies to them even though they're getting supplies from their providers someone needs to look into this company in ******* and wherever else they're at this is a scam company

This is the worst business as far as customer service. I have been trying to get a problem solved. I have called my doctor to ask him to send a prescription to them and they keep saying it is not what they need, even though they sent him the necessary forms. When you call them either they say to leave a message and they never call back, Or if you do reach someone , they will tell you they will straighten it out and call back. They never do. If I could give them less than a 1. I have spent many hours of my time trying to solve the problem with them to no avail.If you ask to talk to a supervisor, they are all busy. There have been a few times I reached a person and heard a child crying in the background. No one could help me. No more.***** TUnited States Medical Supply, LLC Response

I have been trying to reorder my *** supplies for about a month. I have called, emailed, and sent online messages. I keep hearing they can't look up my info because of system updates or they are waiting on paperwork from my doctor that they never got. My Omnipod 5 has been on manual mode for about a week now and my blood sugar keeps going low. Nothing has been done to resolve the problem.United States Medical Supply, LLC Response

Can not give a straight answer. While on a conference call US med told me my supplies were on hold because my insurance required the doctor send my health records to us med, the insurance **** on the call as well said they did not need updated records and had already authorized the supplies multiple times. The us med *** could then not give an answer and actually hung up. Sounds like the company is trying to illegally obtain medical records for some purpose.Review from Harley J

Without a doubt one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The on line system does not work for me, (it used to, but evidently they "improved" their system to the point it does not work for me). When I leave messages, they are NEVER returned. When I call and complain, no one seems to give a S*** If you can get your supplies somewhere else, you would be well advised to do so.United States Medical Supply, LLC Response

We have used US Med for 2+ years - they faithfully contact us when refills are needed, and they send them out promptly. We have never had a delay, and never run out of medications. We have no complaints with this company - I just wish we had known about them sooner!Review from Matt M

Every time I order Continuous glucose monitor supplies with US Med I place the order and two weeks later nothing has been processed or shipped. They come up with excuses such as waiting on paperwork, that they never have a record of sending a request for, or the most recent time the employee that I talked to said he has no reason why my supplies did not ship and that they had been sitting in a warehouse for two weeks waiting to be processed and sent. I tried to speak to supervisors with them multiple times and my requests are ignored and brushed under a rug.Review from Eric N
