On December 25th, 2022 we purchased (2) Yorkies, male and female, from Worlds Famous Puppies located at ********************************************************* for the total amount of $7,500.00 USD. After continuous follow *** we finally received the p*** by way of American Airlines cargo on Wednesday December 28th, 2022. The microchip for one of the p*** is erroneously listed on the bill of sale and the other erroneously listed on the warranty document.They provided us with an AKC Welcome letter signed by "*****************" noting we were to expect a text/call from AKC within 3 days or for us to contact AKC within 7 days if we had not heard from you, ************************** 30day of ************* Coverage. We called AKC and were informed that the puppies' registration #s were required to proceed. We have attempted to obtain said registration numbers numerous times (10+) with no success. We spoke to numerous personnel (****, *****, **************** with promises to have ***** (the person who assisted with the sale) call us back or for us to call back but have not been successful. Each time you call they leave you on hold, say they do not speak English or that they are working from home, and I should call back so someone in the office can answer.Currently we are unable to complete the registration and/or activate the pet insurance to assist with Bklyns (male pup) hospitalization due to pneumonia.We contacted Third Party Puppy and confirmed the puppies were never registered by the merchant.Pup was received on 12/28, seen by a vet by 12/30 diagnosed with ************ and again seen on 01/10/2023 and diagnosed with pneumonia.

I purchased a puppy on 12/9/22. After having the puppy for one day I was concerned because the puppy would not eat and barely wanted to drink water. This made me reach out to the merchant to see if this was normal. After speaking with the merchant I was advised that it was under normal and the puppy had to get adjusted to the new environment. I also reached out in regards to the insurance being activated, which was not done. After 3-4 days of the puppy still not wanting to eat or drink I reached out to the merchant again and was told again it is normal. I was not sold and took the puppy to the clinic to see what I could further do to help my new puppy. After having to pay out of pocket for services I was told that the puppy was sold to me with PARVO! I was not aware of the damage it would cause. I took every precaution there was when getting the new puppy! Took it home and never let it outside or around any other pets! I was given instructions to take to puppy to the hospital first thing in the morning. The next morning when waking up I found my puppy in distress!! Almost lifeless!! I had only had the puppy for 6 days!!! Rushed him to the hospital and was told he had a 30% chance at life! I contacted the merchant over 10 times that day not receiving any help until almost 2pm that day! I was advised to remove the puppy from the current hospital and rush him to their practice! After doing that I contacted the animal hospital and was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes I received a call stating my puppy was dead! This caused so much pain to my family and I! Then was advised I am responsible for payment due to the puppy not having PARVO when their practice tested him! They showed me no proof of negative results or gave me a death certificate for my puppy! My kids are torn and traumatized seeing the state our puppy was in after having him for barely 6 days! I will not be responsible for this and will take it to court!
