    I placed a large order, *** didnt deliver as they said the box was empty. I contacted the company they said they received the report and would process a refund within 3 days. Im going on the second week with them asking me to be patient. Never ordering from them again.

    So the products have been fine but this is the second time I am dealing with disastrous customer service. First time I called I wanted to cancel a subscription because my dog did not like the product and they literally would not cancel it. I had to take the upcoming subscription because their policy is to not allow one month of subscription for a product. Ok I get it people abuse the system for the discount but I mean that really turned me off as I ALREADY had another active subscription for $75/ every 6 weeks for the past 6 months. WTH. You cant accommodate for an existing loyal customer? They did say I could substitute for something else but there was literally nothing else on site that I needed since I already had an ongoing subscription for other products. This was literally a $12 product this wouldnt cancel. In addition to this, I had a second incident. I wanted an additional product added to my existing subscription and they made an error and added that product to the existing subscription but also mailed me out a second order of it and charged me for that too because there was a glitch in the system. I already had been on the phone with customer service for *********************************************************************************************** to go to the post office and mail back their $35 error. Honestly Ive been a good customer and they couldnt simply offer me a credit towards a future purchase or only charge me half for their mistake if I said ok I will just keep it? How about ok we will at least deduct the shipping you paid and you can keep it if you want since the price wasnt enough for free shipping. Im absolutely not continuing business with them and people should be aware of the fact that they are not accommodating and extremely cheap. They also have zero appreciation for loyal customers.

    My dog loves their chews. Customer service is terrible! First order placed had moldy product. They made me send it back before they would replace it. After almost a month waiting I contacted them back and they said the replacement was going out today. How convenient?! Gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order. I got it and I was sent 2 bully sticks rather than the 20 pack I ordered. (I ordered 2 12" sticks and 20 pack of the 6". They sent 2 of each.) They made me send pictures of everything in my order and said they'd get back to me. Again playing the wait game. The customer service rep could clearly see the screw up. I checked in with them a week later and was told that my concern was raised with the warehouse team but they still haven't heard back from them. When I asked how long I was suppose to wait they couldn't give me an answer. They did give me a $10 off my next order for my inconvenience. Do I seriously try a 3rd order? Could the 3rd time actually be right? Consumer beware!!!

    We love the products for our Great ***** However we had an order that was lost by *** and the business did absolutely nothing to help us for over an entire month. We were told to file a claim with *** and wait. Once we contacted them again, they said it was being looked into by management. That was all we heard. **** be filing a dispute with our bank to at least try and get our money back as they refused to do that for us.
