In December I paid for the skin regeneration package treatment for $3,975 dollars, where they promised me that my breast lift scar would match my skin tone, after 3 sessions and each time it remained yellow and a horrible color nothing like my skin color, I went to complain about this and they told me that l had pay only $2.850 dollars which is not true!! because I have the proof and receipts that I paid more than that , since I paid in cash it seems that the Manager or someone from the office stole this money. Not only that, they left me with a scar worse than before, I can't even wear bikinis, it looks horrible!!!!, I have lost money and my self-esteem has been ruined, every time I look in the mirror it makes me feel depressed just seeing this horrible scar. ********************************* and the manager have not communicated with me, they ignore my calls and my complaints and tears that I have spent the last six months, not only have they ruined my b****** but also my self-esteem, And the most important thing is that they didn't follow the aesthetic standards for a camouflage tattoo. In general, I should at least wait a year before starting the process. The scar should be fully mature, healed, and no longer pink like it was my vertical scar on my breast because it will changing color. they work it too soon that cause me discomfort, uneven coloring and raised scarring. A reputable medical tattoo artist will never work on scar tissue prematurely like they did!. Also , the last day that I have a met with them and someone from the corporation, that day they gave me all the medical records and those documents were a HIPAA document in which they forged my signature and approved the disclosure of my medical information where never before I would authorize something like this. And finally I have received threats where they told me that if I don't delete my review that I made on ****** they would publish my address and my phone number.Initial Complaint

On October 23rd I approached MAKEOVER AESTHETICS ***** (************************** SUITE 300 ***** **, 33126-1617) to purchase a procedure under the name of BODY PROMOTION 2023 with an advertised and invoiced cost of $4,000.00 to be paid in monthly installments. Before signing any documents, I made certain that the invoiced price of $,4,000.00 would be without any interest added. The attendant *** ***** made it clear several times that this would have no interest. During the conversation she made me sign on a tablet which I did without any time to read it as we were talking about the procedure. She also had me sign a contract without time to read it and gave me no copy of it.When I returned home, I went over the numbers and realized that I was being charged a much larger amount. I called that business on the next day, October 24th in the morning, asking for *** ***** but they wouldnt put her on the phone, another employee named ******, but I am not so sure of that name, listened to my complaint and my demand to close the contract. She confirmed the contract would be closed. I was not convinced so I went to the business and asked to speak to *** *****, but they would not allow me saying she was too busy at the moment. I spoke to the receptionist, *****, who again promised me that they were closing the contract considering only one day had passed and I had not received any service from them. Two months later I received a communication from ************** demanding due payment of $432.02 due. I called them and found out this was because of the closed contract. The people from MAKEOVER AESTHETICS ***** (************************** SUITE 300 ***** **, 33126-1617) had anyway sent the request for financing by the bank, after we had agreed to close the contract over the phone and in person. I spoke to the bank and to my surprise, according to them my apparent debt was not only $,4,000.00 but over $6,500.0. The bank told me that they couldnt do anything but receive my complain and perhaps follow up the matter with the merchant if more complaints had been filed, because they had already given the money to MAKEOVER AESTHETICS *****. The complaint confirmation number is 01139753.This actions by MAKEOVER AESTHETICS ***** are affecting my credit history and are causing me the stress to think that I have been cheated of money which I do not have and even if I did, my money is the result of my daily hard work just like anybody. I will appreciate your help. On Friday March 1st,2024 Synchrony Allegro Credit called me to tell me that MAKEOVER AESTHETICS was refusing to return the money that was wrongfully received.Regards,***** ******** *********** **************************Initial Complaint

I first went into this business for a service I really wanted. She sold me on a package with a promotional deal going on for half the price of $1900, that was originally $3000. The owner signed me up for allegro credit and I came in for a session.on AUGUST 1st, 2023, I first received my bill from Allegro, the PAYOFF amount was set to $3007.14 which was not what we had agreed to.I texted her and she told me had called to change the amount, that I would take **** days.after 14 days, I log back into my Allegro account to find that the amount had NOT changed.I reached out again to let her know, and since that message back in AUGUST 2023, she has not replied to any of my follow up calls or text messages about the issue.I have texted her several times asking her to CANCEL my contract since she doesn't want to hold her side of the bargain. I have called Allegro to cancel my payments as well and they also advised me to contact her so she can CANCEL the contract on her side. But, after many months (since August 2023) she has not responded to my complaints or requests. Allegro won't continue to charge my card but the problem is if she doesn't cancel the contract with Allegro, MY CREDIT will still be damaged and she doesn't care. This lady by the name of *** is the owner of this center called MAKEOVER AESTHETICS SKINCARE in *****, ** and she has been a very unprofessional business owner who has been taking advantage of my situation. business owners should be able to handle these customer situations differently.I am pleading with you to resolve this issue with a refund to all the payments I have made since August of 2023 as well as cancelation and correction of credit report on her end so my credit won't be damaged.Thank you!Initial Complaint

In October 2021 I began service to get treatments to include stretch mark *********** Since relocating and seeking continued service at the *******, ******************** office, they failed to provide consistent, required treatment. 4 times they cancelled my appointments on the day of, oftentimes when I was en route, ********** doesn't have adequate certified workers so my treatment has been delayed for over two years. The Office Manager refuses to respond to my phone calls and I am out of almost $4000. The service in *****, ******* where I started was professional and on schedule. Because I had to relocate three hours away I was reassigned to ******************** and it has been a nightmare. Even the initial treatment to remove stretch marks was painful and the specialist never finished that job so it has to start over. I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend anyone to this ******************** office. I paid in full and they refuse to provide adequate service.Initial Complaint

On 3/10/23 I saw a ******** ad from Makeover Aesthetics about a series of procedures that promised to get rid of fat, cellulite, and flaccidity in any part of the body. The pictures in the ad showed women's bodies who obtained great results and removed inches. I sent a message asking for more information and ****** (the owner) contacted me right away. I made an appointment for 3/11/23 at the clinic located at *******************************************************************. Mabiel sold me a package (Lipo Promo Corporal) to get rid of fat, cellulite, and flaccidity in my arms for $1,499. She guaranteed results after the series of treatments were completed. She also sold me a skin regeneration package for $1,800 that promised a complete change in my skin texture, acne issues, and signs of aging. 4 weeks I raised concerns about not seeing any changes in my skin or arms. My concerns were dismissed. The staff never mentioned to me any post-procedure care instructions and never gave me info on procedures done. It was a different Asthetitians every time I went and they weren't notes of what had been done to me during my previous appointment. I saw zero results on my arms.Skin procedures included in my package were not done. I never received a final skin evaluation. Before & after pictures and measurements were taken and they showed no improvements. The last time I was there I asked to talk to ****** who sold me the packages to understand why I did not get the results promised. She refused to see me claiming that she first needed to study my case and would call me back. I waited and she never called. I've called back 3 times and every time I have to explain my case to the front desk person and never hear back from anyone. The last time I called was on 8/10 left a message with the front desk and no one has called me back. I spent $3,299 with ZERO results and no one is willing to follow up on my case. This was false advertising, I did not get any results and no one cared.Just took my money.Initial Complaint

Past March visited the office in ***** **. *************************************************************************** for a consultation, at the time was offered to apply for financing with ************************** and was approved for $6000 cost of treatment. Told the lady attending to me would like to wait and discuss with my husband. I would call back to schedule to which I never went forward with any work. 30 days later I get a bill from Care credit for the $6000- called them and filed a complaint for false charges was not approved by me the consumer. Makeover Aesthetics says I signed paperwork for the treatment so they cannot refund the money. I am on a second round of false charges with Care credit awaiting a response as the first filing was ruled valid charge by merchant. Terrible business dealings here, as the refuse to refund money for work that was never done or scheduled.Initial Complaint

I purchased a laser hair removal package in July of 2022, and was subsequently diagnosed with Lyme disease to where I am on rigorous antibiotics which means I cannot be laser. I have tried contacting this business about a refund for over 5 months. At this point they stopped answering my calls, was given so much miscommunication, to where I finally had to make an appointment with the owner to come in person and explain and try to reason with her. She looked me in the eyes and promised I would hear back from her the day of, and I still have not heard back. I simply want a refund for services I am no longer eligible to use. They won't answer my phone calls or even return a message to provide any type of response for services never provided.Initial Complaint

On November 11, 2022 went to the Makeover Aesthetics office located in ********. During the facial my esthetician informed me that he specialized in laser hair removal. They quoted me and asked for payment without providing any information or documentation about the service. No consent forms or terms, conditions or contracts were given or discussed. Over the weekend, my doctor informed me that I couldn't start the process because I was taking antibiotics. I called the office Monday at 9:00 am to cancel the session and reschedule. I then learned of a medical condition that prevents me from getting this procedure and immediately called the office to cancel the services in their entirety. On November 19. I was told, for the first time, that the company has a no refund policy. ********* told me that she was the manager and there was nothing she could do. I asked again if there was a supervisor I could speak to. ********* said that the owner, *********, was not in the office and that she would be back on Saturday, December 3rd. On December 3rd I called the office and was told that ********* spoke to ********* and they would not issue a refund. I asked again for ********* to call me so I could explain the situation to her. I never received a call. They told me that I signed consent forms and filled out a medical record, did not. ********* said that maybe my mother or one of my younger sisters was able to fill out the forms. I told her that this is unethical and even illegal for someone other than me to fill out or sign any paper or consent under my name. The manager said that if I brought someone to Makeover Aesthetics who spent the same amount of money then they would refund me immediately. I honestly think this is unethical and unprofessional, especially considering my medical condition. ********* suggested weeks later that I email ******, a co-owner. At this point it has been a week and I have not heard back from anyone. I am requesting a full refund.
