They are now selling refurbished heads. Both of my last two orders I was sent heads that were very obviously not new. Several of the heads didn't even work and the others had lots of issues with dead nozzles among other things. The last one we tried worked great so it was definitely their heads. Their customer service was rude and would not help make this right.Will never order from them again. We are a large DTF printer and need to know that the quality is there and that the company we give money to will take care of us if something goes wrong. It is very disappointing to see them selling used heads when they claim they are new.We are getting our money back through our AMEX card. Found a great company that will offer replacements if a head is dead and they don't sell refurbished like Digiprint.Review from Shahab S

I did receive a DOA Print head, the print head had several missing nozzles and I did create a report on their website, One of their representatives contacted me and asked several Questions. He knew that the Print head had already been too old and confirmed that it was caused by shipping liquid dried out and creating crystals that needed this Print head to be replaced under the ***** manufacturing warranty. He never got back to me, and another Reperesenter named ****** contacted me with the same questions. After 10 days, he called back to me, and still, no resolution has been offered. They do lack customer support very badly, and it seems they do not value and understand that a Printer without a printhead means we do not make any money. They are causing huge financial damage to my business. I do highly recommend being aware before doing any business with this company. Such a practice should not be allowed to continue in the USA, I sent an email to every available email address in their organization, and not even one person has answered me so far .Review from Richard O

Received a defective part which caused additional damage to our printer and these guys are unwilling to assist by either replacement or offering a discount to purchase new parts. They refuse to stand behind their products, which should make anyone think twice before dealing with them. I recommend finding a different supplier if you need anything printer related.
