    I ORDER AND PAID FOR FLUX S ON 12/30/21 IT COST ******* ON SALE ******. I RECEIVED THE MACHINE ON 1/13/22 ON OF THE POWER BOLTS DID NOT WORK. 1/17/22 CALLED THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME. MANY CALLS AND EMAILS FINALLY 1/27 THEY APPROVE FOR A RETURN. MAILED IT 1/28 RECIEVED IT 1/31. AGAIN MANY CALLS AND EMAIL ASKING OVER AND OVER TO SEND A NEW MACHINE. THEY REPLACED THE INSIDES OF BOTH POWER BOLD FINALLY 2/8 RECEIVED IT BACK. 3/11 STOPPED WORING AGAIN. OVER AND OVER ASKED NOT BE REPAIRED SEND ME A NEW ONE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. LIED REPLACED INSIDES OF THE POWER BOLT AGAIN. 4/20/22 STOPPED WORKING AGAIN. CALLED THEM 4/26 STILL NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I WILL ONLY TAKE A NEW MACHINE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOSS OF INCOME ********* + ANGRY MAD CLIENTS HAVING TO CANCEL APPTS 2 AND 3 TIMES. I WANT A NEW MACHINE ASAP. THEY SHOULD PAY FOR LOSS WAGES TOO.

    AWFUL! On 1/28/22 I purchased a tattoo machine and ink cartridges for an event, delivery was promised for about 2 weeks out. On 2/18 I had heard absolutely nothing from them so I reached out. They said it's on the way, but that was only the cartridges. I reached out again and was told the machine was back-ordered, but they never reached out to me to inform me. On 2/23 I requested a full refund and request to also send back the cartridges. The customer service person, ******, told me they could only refund me the machine since cartridges were delivered. Wow, I asked for management since I can't do anything with cartridges and no machine and it was their fault, duh! On 3/1 someone finally got back to me with return instructions and advising they would be providing me a full refund. I immediately sent the cartridges back. On 3/6 I asked about the refund. On 3/7 they advised they'd indeed received my cartridges and had initiated my refund already. On 3/17 I reached out yet again to advise that I had not received my refund yet and asked for proof! They advised they'd check on it right away and would send me a confirmation email back. On 3/22 I reached out again since I had not heard back nor received my refund. On 3/23 they advised they had finally refunded me. I checked with PayPal and the refund was pending, but $69.16 short of my original total of $1,383.11. I emailed back immediately to demand my balance and am waiting to hear back. This has been the absolute worst shopping experience ever!

    Good Morning.

    After review, there looks to be an internal error made where the refund for the cartridges did not process fully.  The error has been corrected and is being processed today.  We take full responsibility for the error and lack of initial communication about the out of stock item.  We have looked at better ways of informing our customer service teams of manufacturing shortages to help eliminate the gaps in communication.  Thank you, for your support and again we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me since I have received a refund after several months of going back and forth with the company. I will not be doing any future business with FK Irons or Microbeau and would not recommend the business to anyone at all.
