Fraud. Barely speak any english, never call back, use excuses like "my system is updating" and "i have to hang up for security reasons". The primary physicians never stay longer than a few weeks. Please don't use this outfit. No way thet will be in business much longer ************ scam.Review from Soraya A

**"Very bad experience at this clinic. We had a scheduled appointment with a set time, but after waiting for 2 hours, we were not seen. When we asked for a refund of the copay, they said they couldn't do it because the supervisor was at the bank.The blood tests were a disaster: I was left with a bruise that lasted 10 days, and this was after waiting 40 minutes to be attended to, even though there were no other patients waiting. Meanwhile, the staff were drinking coffee and laughing among *************'s disappointing to see how much the service has deteriorated. I had a very disappointing experience with the call center at Sanitas Medical Center. I called to schedule an appointment and was put on hold for 30 minutes without any updates. This delay caused me to miss an important meeting. The staff seemed unorganized and unresponsive. I hope the office can improve their call center operations by providing regular updates to callers and reducing wait times. I wish I could give this place less than one star.Review from Barbara D

This place is great. Diana Look is the most amazing person that I have ever met. I highly recommend them. They even have a lab at this location and it is very hard to draw blood from me but the lab draws it the first time. If your appointment is at a certain time you will be seen within that time.Review from Kaitlyn F

This a scam. It is a testing and referral toilet, just going around and around. I have had 4 appointments the first for an initial visit, then labs, a visit to review labs and a visit for an EKG. The labs revealed problems and I had concerns myself and was interested in a referral to see a specialist. Not only was there no referral, there was no solution and the doctor actually laughed. Additionally, I asked to not have a man present during a Pap smear and the doctor tried to persuade me telling me there was no one else available. After becoming extremely stressed due to an incredibly uncomfortable situation a women was available to assist. Following which the doctor again, laughed. So now, I have a terrible experience and still no answers or help for the problems that have been uncovered. She did not listen to any concerns including when I refused a referral to genetic testing, she wrote it anyway. Im sure theyre getting paid on the back end. Disgusting. These are not doctors they are scammers.Review from Sherra F

Sanitas Health Care is a dangerously inept agency. Sanitas was the contracted provider system with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and even display the Blue Cross log, along side of their own. Despite complicated medical issues being treated at a university level, in 3 months and 5 visits, I have NEVER SEEN A ACTUAL DOCTOR. I also have a state pension application I need signed by an MD, my application is now lapsing due to their inability to follow through by scheduling me with an MD to complete the paperwork. FURTHERMORE, despite filling out 3 sets of releases - in 3 months - they have not even sent for my medical records, and this I am a high risk, complicated patient. Neither the patient, nor the insurance company, has any way of reaching any provider AT ANY TIME. All calls and emails are sent to a center in Colombia. Call center employees are rude, unconcerned and dismissive. Despite setting MULTIPLE appointments - each time asking for an MD - I was lied to and scheduled with a nurse. When confronted with this fact in office, the MD, who was supposedly on site, still refused to see me or address my pension form due to the "need to see records..." RECORDS THEY HAVE 3 SETS OF RELEASES FOR AND NEVER BOTHERED TO EXECUTE.Review from Kari R

I went to this sanitas yesterday because I need an approval for a imaging I went to two sanitas centers. Talked to four agents just to try to get an approval to go to a another office so I can get an imaging to see if I need surgery . I am still waiting to get a paper to get permisin to get a much need test . To see if I need surgery. The center said I dont need to see a primera doctor.. the insurance says I do need to see a primary doc. The office where thier where going to do the test daid they need permission from a primary . I Have been to many doc office but this is the worst service that I have received ever. The second centered told me that they could not see me with out an appointment .. I just need a paper that gives me approval for a diagnostic test. I do not want to know what they would do if it was a much needed medicine or a life or death situation . I believe I would die in thier hands because it seems I am not taken seriously they did not make me feel valued or. Important to see me and resolve my issue. I give it a worst ever service no stars. My father has been suffering for a month because Sanitas blatantly disregarded his plea to send the referral to the correct doctor. They are negligent, irresponsible, and inadequate to care for someone's health. Management should be fired.Review from Kristan E

Sanitas Medical Center has the worst customer service. Im surprised they havent been sued yet! My pharmacy sent multiple requests for a medication I needed refills for but Sanitas never responded. I called Sanitas poor excuse for a call center 5 times to attempt to get the refill sent in, each call U was assured it would be called in immediately, never happened. On my 5th call I was told that I would need to make an appointment because the medication was a controlled substance which it isnt so this concerned my greatly. This wasnt the first instance of communication issues over a period of 1 year. Do not trust this medical center with your life!Review from Tammy G

I have been working with a young lady that I would like to acknowledge. ******************************* she has help with so many issues and is an excellent patient coordinator I want her to give her the praise she deserves. Extremely helpful caring very pleasant to speak and gets things done.Thank you ***************************
